I DON’T CARE WHAT ANYONES SAYS ABOUT THIS POPEYES, THERE THE NICEST, ACTUALLY WORKING, POPEYES I KNOW. I’ve done delivery, take out, dine in. STILL HITS. AND SECOND USE THE DAMN APP. Whenever they get my order wrong; they simply switch it out and sometimes even give me extra. But, hate it when I see not the regulars. Just know they’re gonna ruin that chicken sandwich, by adding random lettuce, pounds of spicy sauce and somehow no cheese when I asked for it.

Also 2 of the staff there is an Indian girl and a boy who work together and are almost there , they are so polite and their service is superb.

My brother and I came here and we went inside and it was super slow. There is a line of people waiting for their food. The Indian girl at the counter had such a thick accent. It was difficult to understand her. For some reason even though in the dead of winter they had their side door propped open with a lobby chair and it was freezing cold. We were going to eat inside but decided against it just because it felt like we would have been eating outside. The food was great with a service and atmosphere sucked

The new ownership is absolutely TERRIBLE. They don’t know the items on their own menu and when you point out a discrepancy they’d rather stick to their ignorance than admit they’re wrong. In the drive thru I ordered honey BBQ sauce with my tenders, the girl gives me bold BBQ. When I said I asked for the honey bbq she said that’s the only bbq that they have (which is incorrect because they offer HONEY BBQ wings), I have also gotten the honey bbq sauce before from this location. I go inside (where there is a sign clear as day with all of the different wing sauces) and asked the cashier do they have bbq, he said yes but it’s a wing sauce so they charge for it. I said that’s perfectly fine, the girl from the drive thru walks up and I said so you don’t have honey bbq and she still said no even through he told her they do and showed her the difference. Instead of saying she was wrong she proceeded to tell him it’s the same bbq as the bold bbq cups, which it is not. Save your time & money, then after all of that the chicken & fries tasted like it was cooked in old grease.

Been a customer here at this location for many years and my food is always served hot and fresh which is the reason why I always drive the extra mile or two to come here! Their customer service is nice and friendly which is a always a plus. Keep up the great work everyone!

Not sure what has happened to Popeyes..! Not sure if it is the middle Eastern ownership that they dont really appreciate our perspective on Popeyes history in the USA but they should definitely focus on providing the same quality product that we are accustomed to receiving for our hard earned money.
That being said, the chicken was fried too dark, tasted as such with excessive flour dough.
The gentleman at the register was great and informative on what family specials were available to us.
I would rate the Popeyes located in crownpoint off Broadway a little better than this place.

The chicken at this place is pretty good. But the fries are genuinely abhorrent. Smells like someone pooped in them, and almost always cold. And the inside of the kitchen looks so low-quality. Defo not up to standard, they’re doing something wrong.

I came here last night to get some sides. I specifically asked for my french fries to be fresh. The guy at the window intentionally handed me a bag of cold fries. I guess not thinking that I will check my order. Then I told him at the window that I went in my fries fresh he proceeded to tell me that all the food is made together And giving me a bunch of excuses so I repeated it myself and told him that I wanted my french fries fresh and he got an attitude and eventually gave me my fresh fries… THEN and you can do the research yourself this location prices are a lot higher than other Popeyes weather is by a dollar or two their prices are higher than the original Popeyes! If you go in that Popeyes, you will see why the prices are higher in that community and it’s not because of the quality of food. I would advise staying away from this Popeyes and going where your money is respected and less of a hassle.
On 04/03/25 I tried to give popeyes another try getting off work.. i asked for fresh fries… just to get cold fries! The gentleman at the window (i believe he was African) told me pull up and it would be 5 minutes for the fries. 2 minutes later a young caucasian male came out with a bag of fries,he threw the bag with an attitude. I asked for a receipt and he told me i would have to circle back in the drive thru.. i looked in the bag and it was the same fries still cold , the only thing they did was take the fry sleeve out the bag.
I reversed my car and told the African guy what happened and he was apologetic and gave me fresh fries but never gave me a receipt.
It’s sad business like this don’t appreciate customers. Throwing food at a customer is never okay and with an attitude! I won’t be back and I hope yall take yall money elsewhere because this establishment doesn’t care.

My son just left there ordering a 3 PC tender. The drive through cashier kept repeating chicken? As If he was a a taco place. “Of course chicken, that’s what you do”. However they gave him a 3 PC chicken instead of tenders. No…. he didn’t check before leaving the window. But it shows how you MUST check behind these fast food restaurants. No he does not want to go back either. The chicken was not hot and it looked as though it had been there a while. Sad!!!!!
