I went to this Popeyes one night after work on a Tuesday night and BOY was I displeased. No spicy chicken; no hot sauce, no sides besides mash potatoes or fries. Now one might think…. why continue? Because of hunger and no time = fast food. So let’s skip past all of the introductory disappointments and fast forward to the part where not only were these people lacking in substances but also integrity. The chicken I received was theeee single most DRYEST chicken I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered a 2 piece and the breast was baby powder dry! There’s NO WAY they thought this chicken was consumable. And the biscuit… was no better: shame on them all

Thanks to Damarius , my Sunday Dinner was a success and yummy. The chicken was nice and fresh and cooked to perfection. Also I would like to Acknowledge Karen the front end For always being polite and helpful. When I stop in…and ‘when she there she always aim to please the customers . You could never tell if she was having a bad day. Her light always shine. Please treat them nice Popeye owner…. And thank you for having Honey packs in stock lol. I don’t know what happened at Popeyes, but somebody needs to check on that kitchen. The fried chicken I got tasted like it’s been marinated in tap water and that has been sitting under a heat lamp contemplating its life choices. The “crispy” coating? More like a tired, flaky sweater that lost the will to crunch. ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR AT ALL.
The biscuits could’ve doubled as hockey pucks. I’m pretty sure if I threw one at a wall, it would leave a dent and then ask for butter as an apology. And don’t get me started on the fries. Cold. Limp. Spiritually exhausted. The line moved slower than a Monday morning, and by the time I got my order, I felt like I had aged a year. When I finally sat down to eat, I realized the only thing seasoned properly was my disappointment. I love good fried chicken. This just wasn’t it. Shame on this location.

Needs new management badly and workers that actually don’t hate their jobs and every customer that comes to order food. Bad attitude every time I’ve been here, which is hardly ever but due to it being close by we stopped there recently. The other big issue is is that they constantly run out of things. How is Popeyes open with NO CHICKEN? They don’t keep stocked properly considering the time they close. Just close earlier if you don’t have more than half the menu. Never had a good experience at this place. They laughed when we asked if they had chicken because 50 percent of the time they don’t even have chicken. Also why make people come in the store to pay with a card? Very odd when allowing people to order through drive thru they should’ve stated that as soon as we pulled up. No wonder you have a 2.6 rating. Also a little kindness goes a long way. They rush you through your order and are just angry that you even came.

The doll at the window was super personable and sweet when interacting with us! She assisted me with my app issues and provided excellent customer service. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the food could’ve been a bit more cooked. The chicken wasn’t too crunchy, which resulted in me having to air fry it when I got home. Would definitely return though!

DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES. I went to Popeyes at 10:30 pm with one car in front of us in the drive through and one waiting in the spot ahead. We ordered 2 sandwiches, and a 3p strip with 2 mashed potatoes and 1 Mac and cheese we were told to pull ahead to the spot and 45 minutes almost an hour later I decided to go up to the window after not receiving anything and all of the employees were chatting with 2 orders sitting on the counter which one of was mine and the other was the elderly couple sitting next to us for 40 minutes as well. We’re now getting home at 11:30 and our food is barely edible it was cold to the touch and the chicken was hard I want my money back . DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES

Wish I could say 0 stars. The lady was rude, we were the only car in the drive thru at first. She was saying not to pull up to pay yet even though there was nobody else in front of us. And then rushed us up to pay, and all of a sudden a car came behind us super fast basically on our bumper, mind you they didnt order anything they just came up right behind us all fast. the worker told us to pull up and wait for our food. So we pull up and the car behind us is pulling up with us still on our ass. The worker comes running It out all quick with our food and pretty much throws it through our window and goes back inside. We started pulling off to leave, and the car behind us went all the way back around the drive thru again and right back to the window talking with the girl, instead of just staying at the window behind us when we left. It was like the other car was helping push people through the drive through with her. It was weird. Besides that our food was wrong. Both chicken sandwiches are inedible. They were supposed to be regular. One was spicy and drenched in spicy mayo on both sides so I couldn’t even try to wipe it off. The regular one was drenched in mayo and I cut it in half to try to eat it normal and it was all breading and barely any chicken which was really weird!! It was like a tiny chicken part and the rest all layers and layers of breading soaked in grease I couldn’t eat. It was so nasty. And she didnt even give us a receipt otherwise i was going to drive back up there. So they are rushing people out to give them the wrong food, and food you can’t even eat at that. I will never come here again. This isn’t the first time my foods been bad or wrong at this location. I love Popeyes but will never spend money at this location again.

I’m extremely upset with the situation that happened at your drive-thru. The employee who took my payment never returned my card or my receipt. Shortly after, my card was used for unauthorized charges. I already contacted corporate, but because I was not given a receipt, all they offered me were points in the app. That is unacceptable.
Someone at that location stole and used my card, and I expect this to be taken seriously. I want this investigated immediately and for the employee responsible to be terminated. This was a violation of my trust and my financial security. Please escalate this issue as soon as possible.
