I walked in at 840 pm and the lady at the counter had an attitude not only with my girlfriend but me as well and we just walked in. I ordered dine in and went to sit down only to be met with the lobby and tables being dirty so I had to wipe off a table just to eat. I wish I could say thats it but I ordered a 4pc spicy chicken combo large. I was given my order as a take out yet I told her dine in, given classic chicken instead of spicy, and when I came back up the lady sighed then gave me the correct order and told me to keep the classic which was a nice gesture I thought. I took one bite into the spicy and was met with pink meat, i was disgusted so I went 5o get a refund and was told I was already given the classic so I couldn’t get my refund which is just unprofessional in this regard. never coming back to this location, unprofessional customer service, dirty lobby, chicken not cooked all the way through.

Popeye’s spicy chicken as it should be. However, I have no idea who is portioning the rice and beans. Literally four bites and it was gone. Sorry I was hungry, didn’t think about it ahead of time. Wish I had a pic to post. OK, now I realize they forgot my biscuit on the $16 4pc combo. Drive back to the store (mostly on principle) and request my missing biscuit or another rice&beans. Cashier looks a little unsure. Manager, that’s working the drive through, tosses a rice and beans on the counter without looking my way. This one’s a bit more full than the first one that I didn’t get a pic of.

I ordered the shrimp and chicken tender meal. It took them 15 minutes to take my order and there was only 1 other car there. When I paid I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. When I got to my room and started to eat. The chicken tenders were raw. Do they not know how sick people can get from eating that? Do they not know how to check the chicken to make sure it’s cooked. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go back.

My first time eating here in many many years. I had the original chicken sandwich with mac and cheese with a jalapeno on the side. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The chicken was so crispy. Mac and cheese had the perfect amount of golden brown.

went to popeyes on county line rd, and i was just flabbergasted with how it went. I get to the drive thru, tell them I have a mobile order, they send me to the window and then like 5 mins later this lady comes and like leans over all unprofessionally and goes “what are you guys doing here?” like i wasn’t there for food in a food drive thru… lol. she proceeded to just be rude and have an attitude. Then she made me pull up and it took like 20 minutes for me to get my food. She was very rude, she also gave someone someone else’s food then took it back and still gave that food to the person it belonged to. all i can say is disgusting behavior, and if you don’t like your job DONT WORK THERE!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Popeyes location. I placed a to-go order and waited around 30 minutes, but the staff showed a clear “I don’t care” attitude the entire time. I fully understand waiting when a restaurant is actually busy, but this wasn’t the case — it was simply poor service.
What made it worse was that another customer placed his order after me and got his food immediately. It felt like the staff had no system and were just doing whatever they wanted.
After a long wait, the older lady working the front finally asked me what my order was. I repeated it to her, and she prepared it. But even when the food was done, she didn’t give it to me right away. Instead, she checked it as if it belonged to another customer. I told her it was mine, but she didn’t believe me and reopened the box to double-check.
The overall service was careless and unprofessional. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

Lisa absolutely needs to be fired. She messed up my order, then proceeded to tell me I was incorrect about my order and told me that I should get over my allergy. Unprofessional behavior I will be expecting an email from the general manager.

Tried calling the store multiple times and all you get is a recorded message saying that the person you are trying to reach is not available
I then called a different store and spoke to their manager
She took my phone number down and told me she would text the county line store manager and have them reach out to me to get this issue resolved
Well no one called me Friday or Saturday and I’m still waiting?
Also I must mention that on a couple of occasions the men’s restroom smelled of cigarette smoke.
