When we were ordering, we could not understand the employee, and he was being rude when I asked him to repeat himself. The location was out of lemonade and tea. When we got our food, I opened the large Mac and Cheese and the container was 1/2 empty. My advice, fire the employee working tonight. He should not have been as rude as he was.

Food is always phenomenal, but when we went through the drive thru, my mom was confused on the order options & their sides, but never used any intentional rude tone. Instead of a helpful tone and response from the employee, we were immediately met with a very rude and snippy response. A LOT of sass. Getting snippy, interrupting my mom’s questions and acting like it was a waste of her time to do her job. She may have mixed up our confusion for being rude, but as I’m a sever myself in the food industry- I would have NEVER talked to a customer the way this employee did in a million years. I’ve delt with actually rude customers and still had enough patience to be calm and collected. She was rude before we could even get our first couple words out, and got worse with us as we tried to order. At the beginning the employee started to ask if we were ordering any of the family meals, so my mom started to say yes and started to put in our order, but the employee immediately interrupted and said “Wait! I’m not ready for you yet hold on!”. (Imagine that being yelled at you through the speaker.) Normally you don’t ask someone about their order if you’re not ready to take it yet. Right? I hope she can find a happier and healthier job she’ll actually enjoy one day. Obviously, customer service isn’t for her. Either these employees need to be fired, paid more, or trained better.

This was easily the WORST experience I’ve ever had from a Popeyes chicken, I got the 4 piece meal and all 4 pieces were overcooked and had less meat than a Buffalo wing from Buffalo wild wings. Not only that but they didn’t even give me the spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered. If this was my first time I’d likely never eat here again.

Went through drive through, waited like 15+ minutes for them to prepare the food. Guy comes out with the wrong order at first. Goes back in grabs ours. Get home and our orders missing both sides and no straws for our drinks. Not the first time I’ve had issue with this specific Popeyes.
