Terrible experience. Just went throught the line. Ordered an unsweetened tea because they had no pop received a sweet tea. Ordered a spicy 3 piece chicken strip, received a 3 pice bone in chicken. Asked for condiments. outbif thar as well. was given bbq sauce in a side cup filled. that’s why you have none. Only thing on my order that was right was a chicken sandwich. Didn’t have anything. wanted to try the new Sriracha dippers I ut if those to. overall I will not be returning to this location. would give zero stars if I could.

We ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 fries. We went through the drive thru. They did tell us it would be a 5 minute wait we were okay with that. We paid and pulled forward like they asked . We did not receive our food for another 20 minutes. I had to walk in and get grab it. They then proceeded to let me stand there before speaking to me until they made the food. Then brought it to me and she said sorry we were having trouble . I said its fine thanks for the food. As I went to walk out they started to laugh. It was very unprofessional and poor service. Not to mention our frys were cold. I will say the sandwiches were good.

Went there last night started my order, instantly was told they would not be making any fries the rest of the night. I came about 30 mins before close. Staff clearly was trying to take off early which is understandable but it’s not your business to decide when to close.

Always a stop for me when I’m near the Anderson area. I have traveled all over the country and hands-down, this is the best Popeyes that I go to. Food is always fresh tasting and is out quick after ordering.

I ordered pick up Sunday 12/14/25. When I walked in to get my food there was another customer at the counter. He was being rude to the staff. I don’t know what was wrong with his order, but the staff was handling the situation well. They did not deserve the verbal abuse they were receiving. Of course he said he was going to leave a bad google review and was going to call people higher up and I hope it didn’t ruin their day. They didn’t deserve to be treated that way.

Haven’t had Popeyes in years. Ordered spicy chicken thru the app last week. Had to pull ahead and wait almost 25mins, but the chicken was wonderful. So good we decided to order spicy chicken again. However this time, It was absolute GARBAGE and not even edible! Our experience went from one extreme to the other, but this last experience was so gross, we won’t be back.
