I went through the Drive Thru Saturday afternoon for my husband. When we got
home his chicken had two flies cooked into it.
I called to talk to manager, the gentleman said to come in with the receipt for a refund and was chuckling. When i arrived to the restaurant I stood there for almost 10 minutes before anyone greeted one. When i spoke to manager he didn’t know about the call or refund. I showed him a pictures of the chicken so the customers behind me wouldn’t hear what was cooked into our food, it was clearly flies all around the register. He look at the picture and said “what is it?” I answered two flies . He didn’t say anything but was the rest of the food okay? I said yes. He refunded me for the chicken and walked away. There wasn’t an apology or anything. That was nasty and rude. While having that brief conversation another employee stood there laughing. This location is nasty

I just came to this restaurant and I received great service from a young man with Colored Hair he’s very respectful. I got my food fast and quick and fresh. I come here every Thursday and they have new staff. It looks like, but this young man was very nice and respectful.

They kept telling me to come inside even though we had put an order online and were trying to go through the driveway. They kept demanding we go inside and not even being polite about it, they had bad attitudes and I work at a restaurant I understand you get stressed but that doesnt mean you can be rude to customers who are paying you. Haven’t gotten our food after 30 minutes and watched multiple people after us get food and leave. Gave us burnt food, after making us wait 40 minutes and being rude, sent out one of the employees to give us the food when they could’ve once again told us when it was ready and we would’ve waited and come back around.

this is the worst fast food if you even wanna call it that! i’m not one to complain but seriously i ordered 3 chicken strips and a mashed potatoes and it took them 35 minutes to get it too me after they gave two orders out to other people that were behind me! i was on my 30 min lunch break and i had to clock back in late! i go back threw the drive thru where i was gonna just ask for a refund and the lady working the window say oh we were looking for you? like um i was looking for yall but im over at this point just give me the food! once i get back to work i realize there is not one spoon fork or anything in the bag to eat the mashed potatoes! this place sucks get better employees no reason it took almost a hour to give me 4 little items!

Someone change the oil in the fryer PLEASE. Food looks fine but tastes burnt, and I’m always missing food from the order. If you use the app you should be able to pick up in the drive thru, but the new people here make you come inside even though it’s 30° outside like they dont have it made yet, just to have it at counter. So I guess grabbing the bag and walking 10 feet is too much work on a slow night?? Whatever, I wont be back until they change staff at the very least

So I just left this location. At the window they tried to short me $13 in change which I fixed at the window. Not only did they do that, but they gave us no drums all breasts and thighs for 8-piece meal deal spicy, not Orginal as I ordered. Now no one is answering the phone. I really can’t wait to see them go out of business

My son went through the drive-thru and it took four cars 10 minutes to order. Then it took 30 minutes to get the food. The order was incorrect. We were missing our chicken on the chicken and shrimp. The food was cold. When we called back to tell them about the missing chicken no one would answer the phone. I think I’m done going here.

We were on our way home from an extremely long day, and Popeyes made everything a little better. We don’t have a Popeyes near our home so after missing the previous 2 exits, we found another one. I guess the third time is the charm! We love their chicken, biscuits, and my favorite, the red beans and rice! Hit the spot. We got the 10 piece meal and it was on sale for only $21.99! Staff were great and we received everything we ordered. Thank y’all!

I waited over 15 minutes for my food, only to receive it undercooked. When I asked for it to be remade correctly, the employee refused and told me to take it as it was. When I requested a refund, she became rude and unprofessional, even talking about me to other workers. She wouldn’t tell me her name, and another employee had to tell me her name is Jasmine. The only person who showed any professionalism was a helpful light-skinned young man who tried to resolve the situation. I’ve been trying to make a report about this, but no one ever answers. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
