Got a sixteen piece meal with three extra large sides 2 large mashed potatoes and one red beans and rice mashed potatoes were hard and code, red beans and rice was uncooked. Rice was very hard the chicken. Then pay for all large side and received all small containers
And did not receive my cajun fries as well, and it was supposed to be a 16 piece and only received a 9 piece chicken and biscuits was supposed to be an 8 piece, only received a 7 piece. Macaroni was cold an old
Could not feed my children this food. Had to go to Domino’s Pizza.
Will not eat food. Will be returning to the store for a full refund. Will not accept no credit, and I also will be contacting corporate.

Placed my to go order online an hour before I was to pick it up. It still wasn’t ready. When it was finally ready, it was completely wrong. My husband had to go back up there and get the order fixed , they still got it wrong. It should never take almost 2 hours for an order to be prepared. Not for any person. I really hope this was just a one time experience and they were all just having a really bad day.

I’m surprised the one on Reading Rd is still open. They are out of product often, take forever to get the food to you and often serve the food cold. That is if they even get your order correct. Now they are a franchise so your experience at one does not go for all. The one on Colerain seems to do much better in all areas. I would avoid the one on Reading Road if possible.

Getting good food all depends on timing, you catch them on a bad day and you get chicken that should have been thrown away. I rated low on service because some of the younger ladies that work there forget that this is a job of service, but also know that some customers can be a real pain in the backside…

I ordered online and scheduled the pickup a hour ahead so I could have lunch on time and when I arrived to the restaurant the employee stated that they had not started my order. All I got was fries mashed potatoes potatoes and a biscuit…and I waited 25 minutes. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if the employees are not going to prioritize the order…

Food – ordered two lunches around 1p on weekday. Both were missing the cajun fries! Cole slaw was old and had shrank in the containers. Mine was two piece and wing was basically coated bones.
Service – had to repeat the order in the drive thru a couple times. Three people working inside and only one customer inside!
Atmosphere – couple sizeable potholes at the drive thru window so beware if you have low profile tires.
Complained to corporate about the food and they told me to address with the franchise! I escalated it and they offered rewards points…..No fix the current problem! Escalated again and ‘as a goodwill gesture’ they would give me a credit on a future purchse….again, fix the current problem. Ended up disputing the charge on my credit card to get a refund.

Awful..ordered macaroni and cheese it was old and inedible. Took 15 minutes to get the food that my 3 year old couldn’t eat. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Seriously where was the management team?

I got served an intentionally batter dipped earthworm. The mashed potatoes had a marking under the container with sharpie. I watched the girl personally selecting each piece. 3 pieces were dark brown and paper thin with discoloration. There was one normal looking chicken strip. Then there was an earth worm which was 5″ long and string thin and slimy. Thankfully I pulled it apart before attempting to eat. I took it back and had the manager pull the breading off and got handed $10.00 which wasn’t even a full refund. She seemed sincerely mad and surprised and may have been too upset to think to give me a full refund. I watched the workers who knowingly did this go from holding back smirks to looking caught. Regardless the entire deep fryer is contaminated. Good luck in your pathetic futures and I hope the managers and owner have enough decency to terminate the whole staff. 0/5 would not recommend. And given the years of poor reviews here on Google I hope this franchise is dismantled and turned into a new business that can’t mess with people’s food!

Where to start. I put in a app order and when I arrived they said they just got and it would be 6 minutes. Ok, no big deal. 6 minutes later they said it would be 10 minutes because they just got the order. She insisted she didn’t remember me coming through a few minutes earlier. When I finally get my order, its a big enough container that I foolishly didn’t untie it and check until I got home. Half of it was missing. Fortunately corporate refunded me for the missing items but that’s the last thing you want to deal with at 8:30 pm after picking your kid up from softball.
