If you’re white, don’t bother stopping. The racism here is horrific! My young son asked me why they are so mad at us. It took almost 1/2 hour to pick up our online order and we were barked at twice to park in the handicap spot. Our order wasn’t even close to being correct so I kindly noted the mistake and was told I was wrong. Absolutely ridiculous! Good thing my son was there or I would have possibly gotten just as ugly but thank God I didn’t stoop to that level over some chicken. Other locations are not like this.

Only giving a 2 for the red beans n rice everything else including the staff was TERRIBLE! 6pm, and out of chicken? I’m gonna say maybe restaff the restaurant including the managers and GM!! How this place still operates is beyond me! Coulda gave us a chic fil a at least we know they’re out if chicken on Sundays lol!!

I went to this Popeyes specifically to get the Five Nights at Freddy’s meal, and the lady at the counter rudely told me they “don’t carry it anymore,” with a serious attitude like I was stupid for even asking.
What makes it worse is the audacity to then give me a Five Nights at Freddy’s cup with my regular meal anyway. So you don’t have the promotion, but you’re still handing out the branded cups? That makes zero sense.
No apology, no explanation, just rude customer service and confusion. If you’re not carrying a promotion anymore, at least be respectful and consistent about it. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Would not answer at drive thru menu. Pulled around to drive thru windows and honked horn if looks could kill I’d been dead. Worker slammed open windows and took order. Can hear in video employee said they were clocking out and wasn’t going to take orders from other cars waiting! Store was open until 60-50 minutes later. This location is a blemish on the Popeyes restaurant name.

The crew curses openly and freely whenever I visit. They complain about everything under the sun and there is never a manager around to correct the madness. The dining room was not cleaned by any standards, numerous dead flies in the windows, dirty tables and food on the floor from previous diner’s. Most times the crew is rude when taking your order and God forbid you ask for something, you’ll get an eye roll. I hate to do this review because people are working hard when others aren’t even applying, but they all need more training on service and cleanliness. I’ll go to another location in the future. Now I can’t speak on the cooks or drive-thru staff, but the lady taking orders is rude should not be the face of the organization.

Omg! Can’t believe how small were the chicken I got from this store. I actually did measure it. And it’s about 2 to 3 inches of leg part and wing part. It was horrible that I ordered 4 pc for our dinner. Is this the quality of Popeyes gives to their customer? What a shame! Actually biscuit was bigger than the Chicken… really?!
