Last night I pulled up about 10p and I ordered a pop corn shrimp combo with mashed potatoes and a Fanta to drink. I was asked to pull up. I waited for at least 10 to 15 minutes for my food. Also, once my food was brought out I received a box full of grease dripping inside of the bag no napkins. I pulled back to the window when I said hey can I get some napkins and a bag Not realizing that it was literally just that much grease in there I just saw the grease. I attempted to eat the shrimp however it was so greasy it was unbearable to eat If you look closely at the picture in the bag, the grease is collected in the corner. I have tried to reach the store at the number on the website and it continues to say it’s disconnected.

Me and my friends came in and were immediately greeted by two ladies telling us that they were out of regular chicken and they only have spicy. Whenever we turned around to leave, one of them (who I am assuming is a manager) yelled back to the kitchen and then told us that regular chicken would be out soon. The ice machines were broke and when I asked if the machine in the back had ice, the same lady got snappy with me and told me no and they both don’t work. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but that lady was rude for absolutely no reason. Along with the soda being basically undrinkable, the food was cooked in the same oil as the spicy chicken was, so all of my friends regular chicken was spicy and inedible to the ones in the group who have stomach issues. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were very disgusting and greasy, and the cherry on top is that NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES BESIDES THE MAN WHO WAS IN THE KITCHEN WERE PREPARING FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES.
The bathrooms were also disgusting. The stall I was filthy and the bathroom as a whole smelled disgusting. My friend who went into the big stall said there was large bucket with dirty water. The sink was filled with water that wouldn’t drain, and it was gray.
The same lady had her kids there, which once again, I normally wouldn’t mind because desperate times call for desperate measures, but while we were eating she was in the dining room with them yelling and cussing at them.
Definitely do NOT recommend coming here. Save some money and go somewhere else.

When we walked they told us there was only spicy chicken and no regular chicken, so we had to wait for it to be made fresh. The chicken they made was still spicy from being fried in the same oil. All of the other food was inedible and cold. Both of their ice machines were out of order so no cold drinks on top of that. The bathrooms were very dirty and the sink was clogged and flooded. The lobby was super dirty. Overall atmosphere was uncomfortable because a worker had her kids running around the lobby and she was yelling and cursing at them. This was the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. I wasted 13 dollars on inedible food.

Every single time we order on DoorDash we ordered four extra biscuits and never get them. We physically drove up there today, asked for four, and once again gave us two. Does learning how to read and take orders not qualify as something you need to be trained to do? Crazy.

Ordered 8 piece meal, could not get mashed potatoes with the gravy on the side, tried mac and cheese, told there was a 6 minute wate, got coleslaw, when I got home the 8 pieces of chicken were 4 thighs, 3 legs and half a wing and it was over cooked, this is not the first time I’ve been disappointed here next time I want chicken I’ll go to KFC or Lee’s.

Can you fix the number associated with this store so I can call and make a formal complaint. Just left your store tried to order drive-through was told. I will help you when I can and then when I tried to order wings was told it would be a 30 minute wait. When I tried to call the store to get the manager‘s number the number listed is disconnected. Please put me in touch to whom I can make a complaint with or I will reach out to Corporate .

Inedible food, filthy bathrooms, no ice in the ice machine, an employees kid running around the restaurant, and wet floors not marked with a wet floor sign, these are just some of the issues that we had while trying to enjoy a simple meal. This was by far one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. To top it off when we initially entered they told us they had no chicken, however after using the bathroom they magically had some. Confusing, dirty, and unprofessional are the only words I have to describe this joke of a restaurant.

It wasn’t until I arrived at the store that i was told my app order couldn’t be made because they were OUT OF CHICKEN. I reported it on the app and was told they’d get back to me. No clue when I’ll receive a refund. Now I don’t have money to eat this evening. Thanks a lot Popeye’s.

It has been absolutely hilarious watching the chicken sandwich war between “Jesus Poultry” and Popeye’s. I witnessed a casualty of it firsthand. I pull into the lot of this franchise and I watch people walk to the door, read a note and then walk away. The note read “We are out of Chicken Sandwiches. Do not ask for any free substitutions or discounts.” Wow. I have never seen a national fast food chain run out of its advertised product. I mean McDonald’s shake machine is always broken but that’s another story. I honestly believe that this appearance of “sold out” product is a marketing ploy to get people to buy more fried bird. They’ve lost me with this one.
