Customer service is Nothing to brag about First time customers Tried the coleslaw was absolutely nasty Took one bite of it and he said because we took a bite of it He could not exchange it for anything. It must be a small owned franchise But that’s no excuse We bought a 40 dollar meal For a family. My old man is very nice So you went up and asked if he could at least just trade for some biscuits for the kids and he did do that Hence the extra star.

Food all had a funny taste, chicken strips were like rubber, fried chicken was slimy and rubbery. The fries had a weird taste, the only thing half way good was the cheese bites until I found a HAIR. Avoid at all cost. Also was freezing in the dining area and tables weren’t cleaned between patrons.

I like the food here and environment . Popeyes is my always goto restaurant.
But One thing I overheard today was very sad in the restaurant basically Kevin whoever is it that below me in review section she was in before ordering sandwich but she was rude and she is Karen .
I overheard what she was talking about with poor employee , Basically she always order the pickle glaze sandwich
And she is mad that those Popeyes guys didn’t have but they said clearly they no longer sell that so
Why even order something they stop selling she was shouting and mad , very rude people these kind of people should never be served.

Went to this location when it first open the recipe was being followed and the chicken had a great taste but as time went it seems like the recipe is not being followed need to get back to the original way

The service was subpar. Rushed through ordering having not been before and they couldn’t understand us. Didn’t ask about sauces and then forgot our tenders with the meal because they’re rushing everything at the window. They were shocked when we walked right back in after they forgot our tenders and sauce. Doubt I’ll try again. Food was alright. Maybe sandwiches are better

I haven’t been to Popeyes in a while. I figured I’d give it a try since it now close by. Food was good, service was good. The trash in the parking lot and drive thru almost made me change my mind. The prices were crazy high. For a 2 piece combo was 9.99. What! I remember that being a bucket of chicken at KFC. Just based on the prices, I will pass.

So as usual, Popeyes food is good, generally reliable as franchise food should be. But my first visit had me surprised by the service. I asked for two different sauces while ordering my chicken. The associate said twice to “remind them at the window” for my sauces. I don’t understand why I have to remind you? Can’t it just be added at order entry? So once I got the window I paid and was handed my bag pretty quickly, but of course I did not remember my task to remind them about the sauces. Strange experience.
