20250712 The employees here need to be replaced with employees that move in normal or faster pace, and can multiple task! They were soooo slow, and the line was getting longer and longer. Eventually, the older white woman decided to help take orders, but she was also very slooooooow. When the 2 employees were talking about something, both their hands stopped working while their mouths were running. They both could have continued to fill the boxes with chicken while they talk. The chicken was delicious and hot.

On 911/1023 @8:30 at night, my husband and I pulled into this truck stop in hopes that Popeyes was still open. They were, but they were closing in 30 minutes. As I approached the counter Sarah asked me what I would like to order, I ordered 2 #5 tenders 1 with mashed potatoes and 1 with fries, she was a bit flustered bit that’s because 2 people before me had been yelling at her bc their was no receipt paper. Seriously, it’s not that important to yell at someone. It wasn’t her fault. She kept apologizing, and I told her to breathe and take her time. I wasn’t in a hurry, and their is no one behind me. So they were out of tenders, but the very nice man in the back made me fresh ones, I told him he didn’t have too and I could order something else. He told me it was no problem. I said thank you. Sarah continued to make my order while he made some chicken. It was about 15 mins or so, but it was totally worth the wait.
Sarah and the 2 other people that were their served me with a smile and even asked how my day was going. It was late and they were tired but my service was amazing! My food was amazing! We will be back, Sarah! Sorry if If I spelled your name wrong.

As far as fast food goes, quality was as expected. Order was prepared correctly and in a timely manner. Staff was useful. The only thing I didn’t care for was the lack of interaction or even acknowledgement of my presence while standing by the register waiting for them to open.

The staff walked past me 7times and were very rude. The Mac n Cheese and Biscuits are amazing but the chicken sucks! the chicken skin isn’t bad just the meat.

Absolutely avoid if possible. Line is extremely slow and customer service is terrible. Had to wait 10+ minutes as the second person in line for the cashier to finally take our order, only for them to tell us that nothing we wanted was available. Third person in line was smart and left the line after a few minutes to go to Burger King next door. They ordered and got their food before we were ever address at Popeyes.
