Horrible!!!! Nothing but kids that work here just playing. Everybody working there act like they don’t have a brain and confused. People in line are angry because of long wait times and wrong orders smh so I understand their frustration. I had a mobile plans they still messed it up. $50 for food that’s not right!!! This is not a 16 piece strip at all especially for all that money. I will never be back! Then it’s a hair or something of the sort in my food! Yall need to be ashamed of yall self frfr!

Why is it that time I come to this location? There’s an issue. My husband wanted Popeyes. There’s only 2 locations in Toledo Ohio, and the secret location is always backed up. They never want to take orders. Last week they said that the system was down and that alleviated them from taking orders. Now it’s a today. They have the doors lot and only taken drive through orders. This is ridiculous to patronize a company that doesn’t even care and cannot even meet the needs. Of their customers. The chicken is good but even the employees seem disgruntled and like they don’t want to be at work, they lack sense of urgency, and there seems to be no leadership, I happen to work. In fast food and a lot of these people don’t value or need their job. This location sucks All the time

Rude staff, old, nasty and cold food. They have you waiting for “fresh” food over an hour only to give you cold food that tastes like old gease and no apology at all just ATTITUDE. Horrible customer service at both locations Cherry and Secor.

I don’t know what it is but this restaurant needs to completely close down until they either get a manager who actually knows what they are doing and staff that are trained and adequate employees to work various stations. Service is horrible, don’t go through the drive through 30 plus minutes often people just drive of it is sad because the rating is a 3 that means there is still hope however I won’t be going there any more seems as if cooperate doesn’t give a damn if something doesn’t change they will close down because surely the profit will be affected do something maybe higher foreighners who knows what it is to be greatful to work

They have no front order screen. Employees are unable to fulfill orders accurately and timely due to the lack of proper facilities. They have their receipts scattered all over the counter. The poor service was not attributed to the performance of the employees, and they actually perform very well considering their work environment, but they have many returning customers due to the inability to track orders accurately.
Ways to fix the issue:
Purchase a 17 dollar receipt holder to track orders, picture attached. Or install a proper order screen as is standard at other locations.

Every one knows that its no complaints with the food at this location, the food is fine. It’s the reason why you all stay busy and get business. MY COMPLAINT IS YOUR SERVICE, ITS TERRIBLE! You have a register person that is trying to do 2 jobs when the line is clearly halfway to the door, its not his fault if the flow of the restaurant doesn’t have order and structure. Let the register person be designated to the registers so that you can keep the line shorter and keep the order coming in and let other workers be designated for the preparation of the food. It’s really not hard to organize and run it in an orderly fashion.

Everytime I come to this location it feels like they specifically hate me for ordering food. Waited a good while for my food in the drive thru. Check the order and they forgot sauce. Ran in to grab some and waited around 10 mins for anyone to even look my way. When they gave me the sauce (blackened ranch) i saw they kept it unrefrigerated. So my food was cold atp and I couldn’t eat the sauce bc it was probably spoiled.

Drive through took over 45 min. Sat at the screen for 5 minutes before anyone even said anything. Then he says go ahead. Then proceeded to not tell us that it was a wait on mild chicken or that there was no shrimp. Then watched the guy at the window stand there with his arms crossed. And nobody was behind us but people were still waiting at the screen. Minds will shut this place down. The people working seem to not know what they are doing.

Waited an hour for my online order. Ordered three things. I was one of the first of three people in the building when they unlocked the door, 45 minutes after they were supposed to be open. At least 10 other people were served before me. One lady (who ordered after me) even got offered free extras and I got a “sorry.” Second time I’ve waited over an hour here. I try to give this place a chance because the food is good, but I probably won’t go back. I hope not all Popeyes are like the two in Toledo.
