I go to this Popeyes exclusively bc it is 6 blocks from my home. I dont dine in, but either order through the app and take out or go through the drive thru. Great food, prepared as ordered even with variations so that’s not the issue.
Friendly service and correct total and correct change given. So the issue is when the order is ASSEMBLED!
Honestly….. there is ALWAYS something wrong, missing items, almost always its the biscuits, or dessert, sometimes its missing fries. Condiments are frequently missing or the wrong kind than that which was ordered. I usually am in a hurry and so I forget to check the order and dont see the error until I get home and inside. Of course I dont feel like going back out, but it DOES affect the enjoyment of my meal. Im sure if I called, rhey would say just come back in and we will give you the missing item but being a customer that has more to do than run back and forth to Popeyes, I just go on and eat what I have. So the issue just gets swept under the rug. I have worked in enough restaurants to know this does happen, but if its happening to me this often, and Im just one customer…….This is simply laziness or carelessness. Please pay attention!

My daughter picked it up for us. My grandson kept saying thank you. I guess it is a winner in this house. My grandson doesn’t ever say thank you unless he’s forced to. That’s something to consider. By the way, I’ve been craving Popeyes for a couple weeks now. It was delicious and we have leftovers!

This location needs to fix their food screen they have food on the screen that they don’t serve anymore (popcorn shrimp) and when I ordered 3 orders of the sweet and spicy wings they have no sauce on them at all. The service was horrible had to wait on the food and it still wasn’t fresh. I will not be back paid $45 for food and this is what it looks like and they didn’t even put the dipping sauce in the bag for the wings.

Stop by the drive-through today around 9:15pm and order a Chicken Sandwich with mashed potatoes. There was only one car in front of me, and I still ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes. When it was my turn to pull up to the window, a lady came walking to the window, they told me to wait and they were chatting at the window for 5 minutes before I pulled off, terrible service didn’t even get my food, I just took my money somewhere else.

Yall please don’t eat here ! Their food isn’t right. I’ve brought food from there yesterday 11-5 at 12pm, and now at 442pm 11-7, I haven’t been off the toilet. It messed my stomach up sooo bad. Also I think they have a reputation of serving bad food cause even my coworkers said she ate there once and it messed up her stomach real bad, she never been back after that. Beware please

I went there recently to ask if I could buy some Sweet Heat sauce. The lovely lady allowed me to do that and I really appreciated that. Popeyes food is always good and the people is what makes the store. Only issues I’ve had, is wrong order a few times. I also hope when the city finishes up rebuilding Broad Street they can give that area some much needed tlc on the environment surrounding the store. Maybe have some green spaces to eat outside the store.
