This has to be one of the worst Popeyes I have been to from a service perspective. The building is nice, but the service is so bad. I agree with other posts that it took 5-10 minutes of standing alone in the lobby with nobody at the register to finally get someone to come and take our order. One of them were on their cell phone, not even paying attention. It took over 30 minutes to get 3 piece boxes, and there were at least 12 others in the room waiting on food when we left. We were the ONLY ones to get food during that entire visit.
The food flavors are great, and the new menu items are nice. When we finally got our food(naked tenders), the food temp was super hot, so that was good! The mashed potatoes were standard and delicious, the coleslaw was odd on this visit but ok. The tenders flavor and dipping sauce was excellent. The size of the tenders was, so small. For $30 for 2 people, I had to eat a second dinner that night. I included the pic just to show the size.
This location, was not a good representation though, and we have gone through this twice with them now. SUPER slow service, they seem like they don’t even care people are waiting. No lids for drinks, no plasticware, no straws, and worst of all, no presence at the register.
I support Popeyes still, but not this location at all!

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen continues to stand out as one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had, thanks to their excellent service, calm atmosphere, and consistently amazing chicken. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly smiles and staff who genuinely seem happy to serve. They move efficiently, keep the lines flowing smoothly, and make sure every order is prepared just the way you want it. Their professionalism and patience create a welcoming environment that makes you feel valued as a customer.
The atmosphere inside Popeyes is surprisingly calm and relaxing, especially for a busy restaurant. The seating area is always clean, well-arranged, and comfortable enough for you to sit and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or dining in with friends or family, the environment gives you a moment to breathe and enjoy your food.
Of course, the star of the experience is the chicken. Popeyes truly delivers—with its crispy, flavorful breading, juicy inside, and that signature Louisiana seasoning that keeps you coming back. Every bite tastes fresh and satisfying. Paired with their delicious sides, it’s always a meal worth remembering.
Overall, Popeyes offers great service, great food, and a peaceful setting that make every visit enjoyable.

Good luck if you ask for a spicy meal I have gone back repeatedly because it is the closest one to me. I have always loved Popeyes. Even tonight all I ordered was spicy chicken and half of what I ordered was spicy. I go here because it is the closest one to my home. Tonight I tasted the beast just to make sure that it was spicy. And then when I got home I found out that that was the only spicy piece that was in my meal . It was great when they opened but when the upper management disappeared that particular location has suffered extremely enjoy your KFC from Popeyes…

First, be prepared to wait 10–15 minutes just for someone to take your order—even when there isn’t a single car in front of or behind you. It’s almost impressive how long it takes before anyone says “hello.” And if someone pulls in after you? Don’t be surprised if they take that person’s order first. So you just keep waiting.
Once they finally take your order, don’t get too excited. You’ll want to plan an additional 20–35 minutes before your food actually appears. And whatever you do—DO NOT use the mobile app. If you place an app order, go ahead and add another 40–60 minutes to your wait time.
If you’re hungry and in a hurry, absolutely do not stop here. But if you’re looking for a unique slow-food, fast-food experience—this is definitely the place for you.

Usually the place isn’t bad but this time they made me come inside to get my mobile order. A lot of people have kids and a whole nightmare in the car, but a picky family, so ordering in the app is helpful but being made to come in makes no sense! If I place my order at 2:55 it should be made before the person in the drive thru who places there order at 3:05. So when I pull up i cant be slowing down the people behind me! Have been coming more than once a week for years but will be stopping if this is the new normal

First of all, when I went there they don’t even tell you how much it costs nor do they tell you instead of going to the first window go to the second window. This is the second time i’ve went there, the first time they didn’t even give me the right food. I asked for a 2 piece with mild sauce, they gave me a chicken sandwitch with everything on it?.. And charged me $10 just for the sandwitch and a biscuit. The second time I went, I ordered the same thing as the first time I went and a plain chicken sandwitch. I should’ve checked the bag, but I shouldn’t have to do that. I got home and there was no two piece, and my plain chicken sandwich had mayo and pickles on it. When I called back up there, I got attitude and treated like it was my fault that I left without checking my food. Then when I went back up there she blamed the fact that I didn’t get my two piece because they didn’t include it on my receipt even though it was literally on the receipt? AND she made me pay for it even though I drove all the way up there.

Ordered online. Food was not ready when I went to pick up. Had to wait 20 min more. Food was haphazardly tossed in the bag and spilled out of container. Also got incorrect items. I’d been there before and it was amazing. Don’t know why it was this bad recently.

Orderd a 24 piece chicken nuggets on door dash. All the chicken nuggets was inedible. Called the store and the employee quotes that’s how they get it on the truck and popeyes is supposedly phasing out the nuggets. How can they/popeyes push out food like this??? Money down the drain. Will not be returning.

Great food and friendly service. Took a few tries to do drive through as line was long and not moving fast. Went at 10.30am and was through in 10min. Two issues that I expect will be resolved soon- Popeyes doesn’t recognize this location is open yet so you can’t do an online order. Also don’t bother with receipt survey for free chicken- until you see this location listed on Popeyes website it won’t work. Will be back!

I trier to order with a coupon code and 2 african american girls who work at this location were so rude and disrespectful and didnt want to help. I would fire them instantly with this type of attitude. Popeyes need to hire people who are nice and know how to put the order.
