We were really looking forward to a spicy chicken wrap tonight… but this is what we ended up with (see picture). It wasn’t even the right order — they gave us a regular wrap instead.
What made it worse was the experience leading up to it. We stood there waiting for the cashier, only to watch him walk away to a group of female employees at the front. Instead of helping us, he stood there laughing and chatting loudly with them, completely ignoring us for a while.
When he finally returned, his attitude was dismissive, like we were bothering him just by being there. And then, after all that, they couldn’t even get the order right.
Honestly, it felt like none of them cared. The way they were joking around and not paying attention — it was frustrating and honestly kind of disheartening. We were just hungry and hoping for decent service… but left disappointed.

Popeyes should put that garlic parm seasoning on their biscuits. Had the shrimp and some of the seasoning got on the biscuit and it made it taste better!

Got the popcorn shrimp and this what came in the box barely any. It’s a combo how the hell do you pay 10 dollars for a meal and barely get anything. Then they don’t listen because my daughter didn get her fries when I said a meal. These people here need to all be fired. It’s a shame a lot of the fast food has gone down the drain with the people they hire.

Went to this location today in which I was the ONLY customer. I ordered one meal and one side dish. I get home only to see my side was NOT in the bag. My frustration is how do you have one customer and you still can’t do a quality check to ensure everything is right. Not to mention the customer service rep on the intercom was not pleasant. I was told a few a times not to go to this location by a couple people because of the service and this issue particularly. I will not be returning. Do better!

The spicy chicken was great the original was just okay. They were super busy when we went through drive thru. There wasva line to order inside too. Every employee had a great attitude. Working hard and got through the drive thru in a timely manner. Will definitely will be back its hard to find any of this in fast food anymore.

The young man had an attitude when I asked what the price was for a meal with the sandwich I asked for. That was poor business with a attitude.!
I worked in resale and fast food and I was told to serve with a smile not a attitude.! I will not go back there again. My sandwich was delicious though as always. I get the same one every visit. I want go there again until they get better management.!

Unprofessional, Rude, Non Sanitary Service Today: 2.20.2026 at approximately 1:30pm.
Sadly, there was a female manager watching and overhearing the unprofessionalism and said nor did “anything” to intervene,..even if only to relieve the customer. One of the staff (Red & Black Hair/Braids) was on her personal cell phone with one ear, listening to drive up orders on a headset with the other ear, and with all of the handling of her personal phone,.. she continued to prepare orders without washing her hands or gloves? Another female team member was working the drive through and the counter loudly playing and laughing with a male team member who was doing the same. This male teammate (or look out person) rrwent outside, immediately came back in to repeatedly alert the others that “Kirk” Is Here!!
It appears when “Kirk” entered the building,.. things became much quieter and the rudeness/playing around stopped!! Attention: “Kirk” unfortunately, it appears that you can’t leave the restaurant, because your unprofessional staff misbehaves and/or provides rude customer service while you are away. Never allow unprofessional staff,..to taint your reputation and/or your business,..so that you don’t become the next KFC or Wendy’s. I just so happened to be “Secret Shopping” today,.. and will be further sharing the details of this terrible experience.
