You’re new fried chicken, where you just sprinkle the ghost pepper pepper onto the cooked chicken. Just wanted to let you know most certainly was the worst thing I ever put in my mouth. I bought two boxes of ghost wings, my husband who can eat the bark off of a tree totally 100% turned his nose up and said I would throw it out to the dog, but I’m afraid it might make him sick. I’m sorry to say because we love Popeyes we loved your ghost chicken, but I wouldn’t have it today if you give me a barrel of it it’s horrible FYI.

The food is really good, we really enjoy the spicy crispy chicken. I prefer the tenders and the wife likes the sweet and spicy wings.
The service is okay, but could be improved.
The eating room is FREEZING, and we usually have to bring our winter jackets, and blankets for the toddler.

This was my second visit to this particular Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, my second visit ever to be exact. I must admit that I am not impressed with anything they offer.
The French fries ouldhave been great, but definitely did not live up to potential. We ordered a two wrap combo, which proved to be the same story with the chicken wraps
Now, the frozen strawberry lemonade is worth of the visit alone. YES, it is that amazing.

None of my food was edible, my order a 3 pc tenders two sides and a hockey puck biscuit was almost $14 with no drink. Straight into the garbage because I wasn’t sure if I’d get sick eating the questionable mac and cheese.

Worst ive ever been too. Shrimp is either burnt or half the amout it should be. This isnt a 1/4 lb of shrimp. Manager said nothing he could do about it

Mashed potatos are at least 2 days old, theres dirty tables and windows, flies/nats flying around the drink station, when we first walked in a worker was sitting down in the back and the manager came out of the office to take our order with her phone in her hand pretty much the whole time. They use to be good but now they are quickly going down hill.

The food was good when you finally got it. never fails. I have to wait on my food at least five minutes. maybe because they are trying to get to most fresh food. It happens even when I call an order in and say ill be there in 15 or 20 minutes to pick it up. I started do thid to avoid the wait. Thinking it would give theme enough time to make it and be ready when I got there. I think only one time has it been ready when I got there. The other times I’ve waited at least five to ten minutes.

The employees were friendly, the food was good (as expected), but not fresh. Large piles of precooked food in bins behind counter, bowls of sides stacked… just sitting there. Straw wrappers, used napkins, food pieces, and assorted trash on floors under tables. Employees leaning against shelves and walls, paying no attention to the dining area and lobby. I was quite disappointed in the cleanliness, especially considering it is a newly opened location.
