Never done a food review before but I felt like this needed one… Popeyes has always been one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. But my experience here today was so disheartening that I honestly probably won’t go to another one again. One of the things I loved the most was the size of their tenders and their Mac and cheese. However, today I learned that they recently switched to a cheaper alternative for meat which, in the picture provided, you can see the significant size difference on the tenders. These things are a quarter of the size as they use to be… now onto the Mac and cheese. Idk what they did to it, but it’s now runny and gritty instead of the smooth and creamy it used to be. I am seriously so upset that a place this amazing has downgraded this much. I would have rather paid a few bucks more for the food I know and love than the garbage that was served to me today. What a shame…

Won’t say who I am or who my wife is, but she started working there and I’ve came to learn that the manager there is very disrespectful to employees, like yelling and just overall getting mad. It’s very unprofessional on how to run a team, and that is why they can’t keep people. Especially since you have teenagers at that job. That is so wrong in showing how a job works. I don’t respect people that yell at your employees and that’s why you lose them. Especially disrespecting my wife. This is more of a outrage than anything. Don’t get me wrong Popeyes is a pretty dope place to eat a little expensive but the right place it’s a great experience. But not there. Not where a manager is yelling at employees and teenagers. That’s not how a manager should be. I hope things gets fixed there, sadly wife is not going to be working there very much longer.

All local Popeyes need to go to this one and take notes on how customers should be treated. The lady that took the orders was having everyone in and out within 2-4 minutes. She would take your order, spin around and bag your food, and then out the door you went. Everyone there had a smile on their face. Food was cooked all the way through. Great customer service and the food was great.

The hours listed says they’re closed at 6pm. But, the drive thru/food is already packed up by 5pm…this is an outrage. I don’t know who manages these places on base but it’s unprofessional. 6pm means you stop serving food at 6pm…not an hour early so you can sit on your phone for that last hour making TikTok’s in the break room.
I’ve contacted the corporate office and have taken videos of this on numerous occasions. Management has been contacted.

Food was pretty good, but they were kinda lazy. My wife wanted to order sandwiches to take home and the staff said that they’d have to make them. She was like ooookkaay thought that’s how it always went. We pay and yaw make them..lol

$22 worth of food 3 chicken tenders with a large fry (a whole box of fries), chicken sandwich and they would only give us 1 sauce. No ketchup for the box of fries or anything for the sandwich just 1 sauce for the chicken tenders. You’d think after paying over $22 we could get at least some ketchup for the box of fries. Is there a war I don’t know about. Are we rationing?

Portion sizes are terrible. They fail to fill the cup size to the appropriate level of food and portions size. The price you pay is ridiculous I will never go here again. They fail to ask you if you would like any sauce and fail to give you napkins.
