We had a long wait time to place an order but we weren’t in a hurry. They were busy and the workers were stressed out and the customers didn’t make things any better. If you’re short on time I’d choose another restaurant. Our food was fresh and hot and really good so I recommend this place of you want good food.

From the silent traveler to all of you met a friend at Popeyes wanted to give it a try I explain to my friend that it’s been a while since I’ve been there so I’m not sure if things have improved. I will say this The service was really good but that chicken was dry. But the mac and cheese definitely a big improvement. That mac and cheese is a really good improvement and the portion size even better last time the portion size was so small you finish it in two bites. Beans and rice still need to work. Now comparison to other fast chain chicken places that’s a whole another story. But they definitely get points for service and it definitely get points for that mac and cheese but that chicken yeah we still need to work on that. I’ve been in NOLA (New Orleans) for the last 17 years. In the Portland Tennessee area now.I Wanted a taste of NOLA. Big mistake going here. This Popeyes doesn’t live up to ALL the Popeyes I’ve been to from Indy to NOLA. Need to re-train staff. Stay away. I recommend NONE. They don’t have this option in the survey below.

The cashier asked the same question 3x then got someone to help her I was denied all flats for the first time ever in 36 years of my life and she was yelling ..I felt like she was trying to embarrass me ..I downloaded the app bc there was a deal advertised for the wings and the moment I added it to my cart it turned red and said no longer available …I feel like the advertisment is great but it’s not real … Such a disappointment POPEYS USED to be my favorite …I’ll never ever be back to this one …

I always have a wonderful experience at this location. My granddaughter has food allergies but is able to eat from the popeyes menu. I normally order a 36 count nugget and realize I will have a wait time for this quantity. The remainder of my order is never packaged before the nuggets are ready so everything I receive is “hot”. Staff is always courteous, suggestive selling is used and they never assume I want a dinner in lieu of a combo. Staff always delivers my food with a friendly smile and thank you for visiting their location.
