Before coming to this location I didn’t even think Popeyes was good, I’m convinced this is the only Popeyes in Louisville that knows how to fry chicken. Every time I get food here it’s always a 10/10 and the sweet tea is good too. Despite the fact that all the times i’ve been at this location there’s been long lines, moody customers and they’ve ran out of food items, I’ve still been met with fantastic service.

Food was delicious but I’m pretty sure I said combo 3 which was the bacon and cheese sandwich, got a regular spicy sandwich instead. Not even sure if I got charged for the bacon and cheese or spicy sandwich, I threw away the receipt. Otherwise, great service!

It was around 9 and their delivery truck pulled in as we ordered. They we out of chicken pieces, so we got chicken tenders with sides.
The men on shift were nice, polite, and funny when it was warrented. Folks ahead of us never ordered and sped off like their hair was on fire. LOL.

Place the mobile order and picked it up at the Popeyes. Upon picking up the mobile order I placed an order for a large Dr pepper. Made it to the first window young man gave me my mobile order and I tried to pay for my drink order but he told me that I couldn’t place the order at the window. I told him that I already placed the order at the speaker he went ahead and set the funds and made my drink. While the woman who took my order at the speaker was trying to figure out what was going on with another customer. I drank my drink spicket I didn’t know it was in my cup because I ordered a Dr pepper. This is ridiculous it wasn’t busy so it should have been noticed immediately. Unsatisfactory as coming from someone who once in the food industry service.

I ate here with my daughter. They need more training for the cashier. Ran into a dilemma about my order which caused me to have to wait for my refund but also to pay again for the correct order. So before you pay make sure that your order is correct. I had to go back and get my refund in order and the GM was excellent at making it right. I will eat here again but be very thorough next time with checking my order before paying.

Why the employees got people who steal from the near by stores coming in and buying their stolen goods. This is the most ghetto restaurant ever. They got mad that I took a picture smh. Yaw ridiculous. The employee with the black hat on paid with her cash app and the lady with the red, grey jacket with white on the sleeves(I think she’s the manager) paid with cash. Check your camera January 7th between 5-5:30pm. You will see the transition. This is why no one wants businesses in our community. You got them stealing from the nearby business. While the employees of Popeyes are buying the stolen goods. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to come in and really rethink your team. Yaw need to do better. Smh

False advertisement!! I went in the store today to purchase 2 chicken wraps for 5 dollars. 2 big signs in the restaurant advertised this price and the manager refused to sale them to me. Was very rude and unprofessional.

I’ve gotten several orders from here from Uber eats. I like the convenience of it but not when the order is wrong. Today isn’t the first time but this one annoyed me the most. Did the buy one get one signature bone in hot wings and received one order of boneless barbecue wings. On no earth has my fiance ever wanted a boneless wing and if he did it would only be hot.

The worst about this place is how you can order $30-$40 of food and the only want to give you one packet each of the condiments you requested and charge you for any thing past that, I promise you it’s only like that in the west end
