Chicken has decent flavor. Ordered spicy and it isn’t spicy. Very mild. Not much meat on pieces.
Fries were cold.
Mash potatoes are deceiving small portion but taste good.

Very incompetent, despite reading from the ticket as they prepare your order.
Twice this week I’ve ordered from this location. 5 piece with two sides.
First order – I got 5 pieces with 1 side
Second order – I got 4 pieces with 2 sides
Maybe one day they’ll be consistent with what’s ordered. So far the only thing they’re consistent at is being inconsistent.

In all the years that I’ve worked in fast food, never have I ever heard of a store refusing to sell something because they were out of it and about to close. If you came in my store before closing, if you ordered something, we made it and you got it. No one was allowed in after closing but as long as you got there before. It basically says, “You can’t get your order because I want to go home.”

This place always tries shutting down before 7pm. Out of nearly half the stuff and down to one fryer. If your gonna post hours of 7pm, don’t shut down until then. Customer service should be the number one priority, not getting off of work right after 7pm. Management- fix or fire your night shift. Update: Still sucks

Service is always slow at the fort knox popeyes. You have a bunch of kids working there that really do not care and play around instead of servicing customers. I waited over 20 minutes and you had several people request refunds instead of wait. Employees should care about the job they are doing. I got regular chicken nothing special like shrimp or strips.

Stood there 5 minutes waiting to order while staff stood off to side talking/laughing among selves. 1 looked straight at me then turned & continued to talk to peer.Asked about an item listed that after doing so learned they no longer carried it. Staff was kinda “short/snippy” with me when explaining why they didn’t have item in question (did not ask her to explsin). Overlooked it because I figured she was just having a bad day as I’m sure everyone has had @ 1 time or another. These visits occurred 6+ months ago. Have not been back.
