If you want to wait an hour for your food this is the place to go. Ordered mine online and watched people come in after me and leave. A customer asked me why I was still waiting and I said I didn’t know. Employee claimed I never told him what name it was under. I had told him about three times. Oh, I’m still standing here waiting as I type this so over an hour by the way. Food’s good usually though.

I ordered 4 spicy chicken sandwiches, they gave me 4 classic sandwiches instead. They told me to pull down so they can fix my order. I waited for an hour and no one came out. As I went in to get my refund, they handed me my food. One of the sandwiches had no sauce on it, at all. The service is bad, the food is bad, and everyone in town knows it. Avoid this place and go to Brookhaven, instead. Terrible experience

First they lied about what they were out of. After they magically found what I had ordered they gave me burnt nasty food. When I tried to get my money back they said I had to go through the app because that’s where I ordered it. I still haven’t gotten my money back. The food was inedible. I’m shocked that a place with a crew this rude an dishonest. After dealing with this I refuse to go back to my location and spend my money on trash.

Absolutely hands down the best chicken but having to wait at least 30 minutes or more for an order you placed 10 minutes before you even headed to the store is ridiculous and the wait time is even more ridiculous if you wait to order till you get to the restaurant and to make it worse it was a fairly small order a 3 piece meal and wings an hour after order was placed and checking 3 times and being asked who was waiting for several times they finally started working on it ♀️and to make matters even worse the chicken looked like it had been sitting smelled like old grease and the boneless wings were not boneless

Upon entering the business it was a wreck and disgusting. The employees were working slow like they had someplace better to be.Loud and vulgar conversations were being made in the kitchen as customers were in the lobby. I ordered my food online and it was stated that it was ready for pick up when I spoke to a man behind the counter he states no such order came in and he is not making my food after I showed him the conformation. I did not receive my food nor had my money refunded. Do not recommend this place for any future business and needs major help and new staff put into place.

I had multiple orders, as I was ordering for several family members. For me, I ordered a 3 piece special for $5 in the mobile app. I had to drive up to the window because no one asked to take my order over the speaker. I waited approximately 40, yes, 40 minutes in line before I got to the window. The food I received was cold, not fresh at all. I took a chance again and was again disappointed in the quality of the food I received.

I ordered my food online, drove through the drive through to pick my food up. I waited 45 minutes and watched them bring everyone else’s food to their vehicle. I got out of my car and went inside to get my food and my food was just on the counter, cold. I will go to Golden Corral for chicken before I purchase from Popeyes in McComb. I am not pleased at all with the service I received today.

Even though they now have dine in, they took forever to make the food and serve customers. They have 2 kiosks to serve people and are only using one. There’s not even a dedicated person to take orders at the front. And when I asked for sauce because they didn’t put it with my order, they made a fuss. Horrible management don’t recommend

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Order was wrong and missing half our items and then had to wait another 25 mins to go through line just for the girl at the window to have an attitude. Would NEVER EVER recommend going to this location.
