I believe that Popeyes has one of the best chicken sandwiches on the market right now! However oh, this particular Popeyes did not live up to its reputation. Actually, I stopped at this Popeyes regularly and have not had a problem so that would lead me to believe it was an employee issue. Our order was incorrect, incomplete, and sub par. The drive-thru process was wonky because you could hear two people talking at one time. Yes, we informed the person at the window and clarified our order but it still was not correct. A truly disappointing Popeyes experience. Pictured is our receipt with none of our special order listed. A picture of the chicken sandwich without the requested extra mayonnaise, a picture of the french fries that they charged $6.09 for, and a picture of the 3 piece meal that did not have any french fries included at all! Again, yes! The order was clarified at the window.

10/25 update: Went back after 3 months. Thinking they have fixed this issue and they continue to do the same thing with the 14- piece tender meal. I can’t understand how you can be so negligent. Management doesn’t care if they are allowing their workers to do this. Clearly they do it once and keep doing it because it’s not being corrected. I ordered chicken tenders! Not Boneless chicken tenders or chicken dippers!

This is my second review on this location. If they don’t want to reach out to me and explain themselves, I will keep reviewing. They are serving chicken strips the size of cigars. They are actually round and skinny. Don’t go to this location because the manager is cutting there cost for his personal bonuses.

I spent over $50 on food and barely got half the order right. I’m missing a lot of food and a lot of it that I did get was made wrong and seemed VERY intentional. One of the things I ordered was a deal for two chicken dippers. They were given to me in a brown bag and inside there was only one container for dippers, not two, and the container only had two pieces of ckien inside it which didn’t even come close to filling half of it. I will never be giving this place my money again.

I enjoy their chicken in nearly any of their offerings. Sides are good. They were busy, but service was ok. Staff was attentive and working as fast as possible. Prices are competitive.
