Fast food in Lucedale in general is pretty pitiful. Service is always Terrible. they have no app service and then they expected me to wait for what I don’t know. I imagine it cheaper to not have the app so they don’t have to give the specials out. Not the first time I tried to order with app today I found out they know about it.

I lost track how many times they forgot my order or pushed me aside and sent my food with someone else. I only ordered for two people so I don’t understand why. People would come in after me and get their order and leave. I got so tired of standing at the counter for my to go order that I just went and sit down. When I say what happened was ridiculous I’m not even getting it close.

Cooked properly order it was correct as always friendly service The only drawback was it was a 20-minute wait for three pieces of chicken other than that this is one of my favorite Popeyes. I highly recommend this place. Use the drive-thru window the menu was working the speaker was working the worker was clear and understood the order exactly as I gave it.

Pretty bad service when you go through the drive through and it’s not busy, but yet they tell you to park in the parking lot and it takes 35 minutes. Not a single person was inside eating. This is happening too much and then 2 of our sides were burnt.
