Im a doordasher…and everytime I get sent to this location…the lobby doors are locked and Im told by the employees that they are doing drive thru only because they only have 2 people working.
And when i asked the employee,as I stood at the pick up window, will sombody be able to bring out the doordash order for me? She looked mad that I would ask that and gave me an unsure shake of the head….so im sitting outside waiting for a doordash and I dont know if its even coming.
Meanwhile…one of the employees is standing outside chatting with someone sitting in their car.

Don’t order from here! I placed my order at 10:12 p.m. online. It told me my pickup was 10:36 pm. I arrived and the little girl on the speaker asked me what would I like to order. I told her I was picking up for myself. She told me hold on. Came back and told me she didn’t have anything. How did you not have anything?? After asking me what I wanted to order she magically had nothing?? Then would not offer me any compensation and told me I had to put my refund request online. It was only 10:36. They are so unprofessional and inconsiderate of others time. I will be making sure I contact corporate about this. I have to wait 2 days just to get a refund because of this store unprofessionlism. I ordered 8 different things and they couldn’t fix one thing? Or at least fix half my order?

Ordered a 5 pc tender meal with a dipping sauce. Only got ice cold 3 tenders & no dipping sauce. Paid $12.40. How can you mess up a meal order for one??? Wasn’t very busy yet with a lunch crowd. Absolutely filthy around the restaurant. Employees were rude. First & last time to go to this location. Gave the rubbery 3 tenders to the dogs.
