The drive-thru attendant was rude. I was waiting on her to take my order, and she took a call on her phone and closed the window instead of taking my order. I sat there for a moment longer, and she looked at me like I was bothering her. I pulled off and went somewhere else. I see there are so many negative reviews about this store, but clearly nothing is being done about it. I have not returned and have no intentions of returning! I suggest no one else goes until they do something about their employees’ customer service skills.

Stopped in off the road just looking to use the restroom and get something to eat. I walked up to counter and was greeted with looks of inconvenience as if just what exactly am I doing here. The store could use a freshening up and the soda dispenser was both out of lids and didn’t appear to have been cleaned in quite some time. The gentleman who took my order at least took my order. Not friendly. Not exactly rude. Three words maybe. Another person couldn’t be bothered to hand me my order and the original guy had to come around and give it to me. Sorry, but not a very welcoming place. Super glad I’m just passing through. Next time I’ll just go to McDonald’s or something. Dang.

Today my boss went to get us some food because it’s a long work day for us & we hit the 12 piece meal for $28.99 so she gets to the window and they charged her 82$ she asked what happen the cashier said they was 30$ a piece not only did they over charged her they throw our food in one bag and it literally broke as soon as she got to us ! She also states that they were rude when she asked about the price ! She is a very nice lady and she didn’t deserve the treatment she got !

I got a five piece tenders neal. The tenders weren’t tenders and they were very small. Pretty dried out for 5:30 pm. They also once again forgot my sauce.
I gave them another shot today because I really like Popoyes. It was 11:26 am and I order a three piece dinner. After waiting to get to the window the girl told me it would be at least 10 minutes to get my food. I asked if there was something else I could get and she replied, “we’re pretty much out of everything.” I cannot understand how this place stays in business. 11:26 am and they are out of everything? If I owned the franchise for this location I would be down there working instead of letting a bunch of kids without adequate supervision run it into the ground.

I made a mobile order tonight at 10pm for be picked up at 10:15. When i arrived at 10:10 they told me they did not get my order, about five minutes later the lady came out and said that they didn’t have enough chicken and they close at 10:30 (they close at 11) and they also said they are out of mac & cheese. I asked if I could just get a refund but she said since I went through the Popeyes app and that is a third-party app I have to go back through the app. The lady also claimed to be the manager at first, but then she said, do you want me to go get my manager? They finally decided to actually work and fry the chicken I ordered. Will never be back.

This a generic review for Popeye’s and their chicken sandwich. We had heard they had the best fried chicken sandwiches and BAM, they were right. We had the regular and the Cajun spiced chicken. Delicious!! The buns + veggies were good. The piece of chicken we had was pretty big. I thought it the best fast food chicken sandwich EVER…
