I went to the drive through; before work at 11:00. The lady was polite and curiosity. The chicken was friend hard and had heavy crust, and it was dark. I love Popeyes when cook correctly. I never had it this bad. Maybe the oil was old.

I ordered my food through the app. My husband went to pick it up at 2:50. The food was set to get picked up at 3pm. Not only did the MANAGER tell him to get in line. But he wanted for a PAID order 45 minutes. When I called to talk to management, she told me… No matter if the order was placed via the app or not we have to wait like everyone else. My thing is, why take online orders if we still have to wait. I even ok with the cold slaw being out. But when you tell a customer that has already PAID FOR THEIR FOOD, that they have to wait because the person in front of you got the last one and he still had to WAIT because other people ordered fries too. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

I stayed there today and magnolia bluff hotel on the 7th October order some food for my family the chicken breast was not fresh and they told me it was rich in the window so I brought it back it took me a little over 30 minutes because I was coming from the hotel so they told me since it took so long that it was nothing really they could do I told them I just look at that chicken cuz it didn’t look good at all all I want to do was get some chicken to feed my family how come the next is awesome to make money by gambling I want to hear some good Popeye’s Chicken cuz that’s what I eat when I’m at home put the level of professionalism was not there she didn’t look at the box cheapest hosted to the other manager I am writing this to you because we own our own business too but being very professional shows a lot for your business and today the service was very poor and I know it could be better. As you are the owner I know what you expect from your employees and your manager that is the only reason why I am sending this post to you so you will know because I know your expectations is very high and you expect more than this.

I walked in two ladies which was managers I’m guessing because they wore different color shirts was on the front they greeted me and my husband so kindly. Natalie took my order and Cierra prepared my order. I cant remember the last time I received a order so fast I got my food before I got my change. God bless them they are Awesome.

My daughter was ordering on line in line. The staff was rude and then said, “pull out of the line to order online” then said something about popping someone in the mouth. I drove from Baton Rouge for the weekend to go to the balloon races and spend time with my daughter, son in law and grandchildren. I think this is absolutely the rudest staff I have encountered in my 61 years of life. This all occured on 10/18/2025 in the evening. I hope management takes this review serious.

To the owners the manger here was Awesome he was African American very very professional. I was here for my Sister’s funeral.. The next day which was Sunday I came through Drive thru the young Beautiful lady was there with a Very Nasty unprofessional attitude I kindly asked for my mother drink to be corrected.
