When I arrived to Popeye’s the parking lot was cleared and had about two cars in it. I was in Carthage Mississippi, on Christmas Eve around 1:03 p.m., and I heard that they might still be able to sell the famous Popeyes Chicken turkeys. Before I decided to approach the front checkout counter I decided to utilize the restroom in which was atrocious. After utilizing the restroom I went to the front counter check out to ask an inquire about the turkey. During my wait I heard a barrage of curse words coming from employees and employees who weren’t doing anything with their hands staring at me. After about a 5-minute wait one lonely soul came and asked me, dining in or to go? I kindly responded that I just had an inquiry about the turkeys. She replied that they don’t and no other locations in the area are participating that she knows of. I pray that the atmosphere and this establishment is not a direct reflection of the franchise owner or the company.

I order an 6 dollar big box meal and received one piece of chicken cold and my biscuit was as hard as a rock… there was more red beans than rice if I can say there was anytime the Cajun rice was the only good thing only thing I did eat… wry disappointed wish I could give a negative 5 stars and that’s being nice

Went through drive thru. The lady was rude. I didn’t get my sauce for my straps, napkins n I they double cupped my drink because one had a hole in it…I found out when I picked it up to get out of my car just get another cup!!!!!

I normally don’t dine in fast food restaurants. On the way home from Walnut Grove, I wasn’t too sure what I wanted. I was craving chicken. In the distance, I seen this Popeyes. I came in and I was greeted by a person at the counter. I wasn’t too sure how many nuggets came with the meal. The worker told me the options available without hesitation. I received my food in under 5 minutes. I have to say, it was amazing.

They’re slow rude and unprofessional and turn off their headset I sat in the drive thru maybe 5 mins I was the only vehicle in the drive thru never got an answer until I drove to the pay window and everyone else after me recieve their order and I had to wait all bc no one answered the headset I really hate to spend money when their are rude staff and terrible customer service
