By far the best fried chicken I’ve had in Mississippi in years. Jackson Popeyes are garbage compared to this one in Brandon. The people were polite. They let me know they were out of stuff before I tried ordering it. (It was close to closing time) Still I got top knotch chicken and sides. I even called the store afterwards to thank them and compliment them on the food and quick service. I’ll go back for sure.

Thos location is wonderful! The service was great, friendly, and swift and the food was great, too! The chicken was nice, crispy, and juicy, red beans & rice were good, the biscuit was of course a Popeye biscuit (we all know how that goes) but it was still nice, and water was nice and cold just the way I like it. Apple pies were sweet, hot, and tasty with plenty of cinnamon sugar dust!

This is one of the worst Popeyes to come to. I placed my order 15 minutes ago and they told me I only had 3 minutes to wait on chicken. I don’t know who is the manager, but they are providing an awful experience for me. After bringing my order 20 minutes later they bring me a thigh that look like it was cut in half. This is terrible. The manager didn’t even seem concerned when I asked for my money back. She didn’t offer an alternative resolution or anything.

You are either going to get your food really fast, or it will take over half an hour when the line has more than a few cars. No consistency. Food is always fine, but the excessive wait time is horrible. If there are more than three people in line, drive away or bring a book to read.

Where do I start? This was a terrible visit & experience! We placed our order at the drive thru at 8:33 and were asked to pull up after we paid to wait on the popcorn shrimp & fries, which would be 3 minutes. No problem. After waiting 20 minutes and watching the workers on the inside do nothing & have 3 cars pull up & to the side after us, she finally came out with the wrong drinks. She went back inside & when we finally got our food, we didn’t get it all & I never got my drinks. My biscuits were hard and I didn’t get the extra biscuits & jalapeño & fries not drinks that I paid for. I was so frustrated from waiting and the worker’s attitude that I said forget it & drive off. I am highly disappointed.

The service at this location sucks. Please close it. And let a business that wants to be a business take over your building. Food is cold. Or they say it is not available. How can you not have chicken cooked or ready to be cooked at dinner time. And every employee in there is rude. They act like they are made that a customer walked in the door. If you don’t want to work go home. So I left and did not even order. This was after the 3rd time of the same thing.

My wife and I decided to dine-in here today around 2:00. We stood in the lobby for around 15 minutes and all the employees were standing around not doing much of anything. There were only us two and one other man in the lobby. No one even looked up or said anything to us until my wife said let’s go somewhere else and as we walked toward the door, one of the ladies said Have a nice Day and we left. Horrible Service!!!
