Had the hottest, fresh out of the oven pieces of chicken ever. Love that chicken from Popeyes. The lobby was clean and bright. Great Popeyes experience. Minor complaint was my mobile order took a little longer than expected. I guess they didn’t notice the order in time. Or no one was watching for mobile orders. Or it’s possible they were waiting on the chicken since it was super hot.

Ordered online go to drive thru pickup they’re out of mashed potatoes, they’re out of chicken sandwiches. Fine, changed my order to spicy tenders double fries and blackened ranch dipping sauce. What I got: a bad attitude from the employee, blackened tenders, no ranch and soggy cold fries. When I said that wasn’t what I ordered, I was told it was…that I ordered blackened tenders…NO, I ORDERED BLACKENED RANCH DIPPING SAUCE AND SPICY TENDERS. They refused to give me what I ordered. I had already wasted 20 minutes waiting for what I didn’t order, I just wanted out of there. I’ve read the reviews for this place and 90% were bad reviews. The owner responds “sorry, hope your next visit here is better”. I wouldn’t go back to this Popeye’s if it were the last one on earth. Hey owner, fix your issues, there are a lot of them and they never seem to get better. I will also be talking to corporate about the craptastic food and service that this location seems to be famous for. Anyone thinking of getting food from here, do yourself a favor, drive to Batesville or go to Zaxby’s.

Don’t even bother coming to this one. This has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I put a mobile app order in 30 minutes before getting there and when I arrived it still wasn’t ready. I pulled up to the drive thru kiosk and it took 2 minutes to get an answer, not because the line was backed up, but because of how understaffed they were. Then when I pulled up the worker told me to wait in the Parking lot. I asked for extra blackened ranch since they were making me wait (which, for 2 Big Box orders they gave me exactly 2 Blackened ranch…Chick-fil-a has never been stingy with the sauces.) and then I waited and finally went inside to get my food. There was a Doordasher waiting for their order as well. Then when my wife and I finally got our food our fries were almost cold and didn’t have the typical consistency of a fresh Popeyes fry. I’ve been to many Popeyes, and this has to be my least favorite.

I was told they can’t use the drive thru so I had to go inside and wait for around 20 minutes to be told that they were out of some of the things I ordered and I need to cancel the order myself. While cancelling my order I heard them tell other patrons that they were out of most of their sides and some of their menu selections. I got a “reward points” refund instead of a monetary refund which is useless because I will probably not go through the hassle of trying to pry food out of this place again.

Customer service was awful. We ordered food to eat there, no plastic ware of any type. So we took the Mac n cheese and red beans and rice with us. There were 2 workers we were scared were going to be in a fight and we had 2 small children with us. There was another worker that walked out front into the lobby then went back to the kitchen cursing every other breath loudly. The food we were able to eat with our fingers was good. Oh and the girl taking orders, im sorry we bothered her with our time. I wish I could say they were busy. However that was not the case.

Traveling from out of state and ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwich meals. One sandwich was only bottom buns and the other was only top buns(not the biggest issue, just shows lack of paying attention). Asked for extra pickles but received no pickles instead.
Was handed the wrong bag of food initially as well.
The employees weren’t very friendly (not specifically rude they just sounded like they really didn’t wanna be there. Can’t blame them too much though whenever they’re making minimum wage of like 7.25 or something)

Placed an online order for food got to this location and it was completely dark. No one inside nothing posted stating they were closed. Order was already paid for. Very disappointed will not be returning.

This was my first time trying this Popeyes location, and it was awful. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge us or try to communicate—she just had a mad expression the entire time. The manager wasn’t any better and acted the same way. The customer service here is unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back.
