I think a lot of these ladies need more customers service training it getting ridiculous.. and most time the mangers are there watching .. I have been to this location several times .. If You come on the inside they will leave u standing there for a long time . They won’t speak , acknowledged you or give you the courteous of saying. I will be with you in a few minutes. This have happened over and over at this same location. Me and 3 others was in the lobby watching a girl fix 10 mobile orders and door dash while we stood look. She never greeted us , Never Thanked us for waiting … It like they hate when u come on the inside …which brings me to another incident. about two months ago, the slush machine had a malfunction in the lobby the noise is coming from the machine was so loud that the people even asked them to please do something about it. The manager refused to unplug the machine the noise was so loud to you almost needed earbuds to stand and wait on your order. I thought that was cruel and unusual.
I don’t know what’s going on. But customer service is so important. I literally have to pass this restaurant by because I know I won’t get the customer service.. Maybe a training session and a pay increase will motivate them to care a lot of time that the reason .. . The food is good here but please invest in customer service.

The food is ok sometimes and I have had issues with a disrespectful manager before. So, I had stopped going there but now order pickup and no in store purchases.

Popeyes is the bomb! Their chicken is always crispy and juicy. Seriously, I’ve never had a bad piece of chicken from them. And don’t even get me started on the sides! The mac and cheese is creamy and cheesy, the mashed potatoes are smooth and flavorful, and the biscuits? Oh man, those biscuits are like little clouds of buttery goodness. Everyone was very nice & intelligent, they greeted me so well. This place is literally my favorite place to eat. They haven’t disappointed not once.

I was passing through the area and decided to stop because Popeyes is always good. If this is the worst mistake I’ve ever made. The clerk was trying to take my order while being yelled at by another employee to hand someone else their food then a rude, rude, rude customer decides to yell over my shoulder asking for some sauce all while I’m in the middle of trying to place my order. No one seemed concerned or bothered that I had been standing there already for several minutes so I left. I will never go to this place again even in my hometown I’m done with people being rude. I’m done with servers ignoring customers and treating them like they are not important without the public they wouldn’t be getting paid.

They are very slow don’t give a dam attitude drive thru is faster than inside but it takes a minute or 5 minutes before they say may I help u they are always out of spicy chicken asks you to wait and still give u regular chicken no one is trained right not even managers it’s a mess in there

My family and I visited this place when we got out of church on Sunday and when I tell you that it took about 45 minutes to an hour just to get our food and I’m not even close to kidding. And the manager had an attitude because we was asking for her to change the fountain drink machine because all the drinks, we’re out; bottom line, they need some organization going on in that place

I didnt like the fact I was forced to get thighs. My money I should be able to choose what pieces I want. Cook more if you dont have enough cooked. I heard one staff say something about burgerking. Usually I be in the mood, that day I wasn’t. The reason why im doing the review.

I love Popeyes food. It’s always delicious. Sadly, the employees that were there tonight were as slow as sloths. It should NOT have taken 25 minutes in the drive thru to get a shrimp tackle box and a 2 piece dinner. They made me pull up because that 3 minute shrimp obviously took much longer. In the end I went inside to get my order. The lovely assistant manager was so professional she did not even acknowledge me when I asked if it was normal for it to take 25 minutes in the drive thru. Needless to say I will not be returning!
