I placed a number 2 meal and a 3 piece tender meal for both order i ask and paid for small fry and only got one ! Also On the sandwich the it supposed to come with cheese and bacon but it did not have it on there.. but im paying for it . With the only fry i had they taste old.Tried calling the store and it was no answer. Get it together this had been the third time this happen why have it on the screen if y’all are not gonna put cheese and bacon on it !!!

Popeye’s is my favorite fast food chicken. If you are going to this location expecting pleasant customer service or cleanliness inside, you’ll be better off going through the drive-thru. If you walk in, the pure rudeness of the staff will make you turn around. Paper towels on the floor, soda machines filthy and full trash cans in the kitchen next to the pies. I went on two different occasions and only went inside because the outside line was wrapped around the building. I was picking up food for someone else both times. They said the food was delicious as always but I refused to ever eat it after what I saw.

Despite the implication of being a fast food establishment, my experience was far from it, with a wait time of almost 45 minutes for my order. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the chicken was not to my liking, with the batter and crust falling apart, suggesting that it had been removed from the grease too soon. The restaurant was chaotic and extremely busy, and it appeared that they were understaffed and relying on a manager who lacked experience or training in managing inventory and ensuring timely order fulfillment. During my wait, I noticed multiple customers returning their orders for correction. While I understand that mistakes can happen during busy periods, it is essential that this establishment addresses these issues promptly, as they have consistently been one of my favorite spots for Louisiana-style chicken.

The last 2 times I’ve come to this establishment I was told I could not order Inside as it was for DoorDash/Uber eats only. The line was wrapped around the building. This is not ok. Everyone does not desire to eat in their cars or take food to go. It was around 7pm both times.

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this Popeyes in Olive Branch, MS. It’s lunchtime, and they didn’t have the majority of their menu items available. That’s unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant during one of the busiest times of the day.
Customers shouldn’t have to guess what’s actually available when ordering lunch. This was a complete inconvenience and a waste of time. Management seriously needs to do better with planning, staffing, and inventory. Very disappointing experience.

Sat and waited on spicy tenders and still didn’t get spicy tenders and my order was wrong.Need better leadership first time trying this Popeyes and definitely won’t be back.Everything was cold.Not about to argue with no one about my order being wrong I’ll just dispute it with my bank.

Waited in drive through line for over 30 minutes just to finally get to the window and get handed the food with an attitude from a young a lady. Should be thanking the employees for their patience. Very rude customer service!
