I’m was highly disappointed in this location tonight. I specifically asked for fresh fries on both of my orders because I had a little ways to drive and I wanted them to still be fresh by the time my child and honey ate.
I then asked how long would it take to drop them? They told me three minutes. Then they pulled us up to wait, which was fine because I was getting fresh food..
About five minutes later, my food comes out and to my surpeise.. my fries were no where near fresh‼️at all‼️ Both orders had old fries. ♀️ Really Popeyes? Why y’all make me wait for old fries? smh.

Went through drive through and ordered 2 chicken tender deals for $6. Drove all the way home out of town only to find out that you gave us something entirely different. We had 2pc dark meat, and 2pc white meat. We never eat dark meat. The sides you included were horrible. Tried calling store and does not ring through. This is not the first time we have had problems with this location

Idk if the first time we came here it was just a 1 off, but it was great and this last time I think it made my grandmother and I both sick. We both got chicken sandwiches. She was supposed to have regular and they gave spicy. Then, I started getting a headache and feeling really nauseous. Not too long after me she started feeling sick as well.

Ordered food online, picked up in the drive thru, got home and only had 1/2 the order, all mixed up, no one had their full meal, and we only get a recording when you call. We live 15 minutes outside of town. I know Michelle personally, and she would not allow this service!

Order was prepared in a timely manner from the time it was placed. Cashier was very nice and listened to me carefully as I placed my order. The food was hot and fresh. The manager followed up with me to ensure I got what I needed. Was having a bad day before my visit and afterwards I felt much better. Thanks Michelle and crew for job well done!!
