A whole new crew from 3 months ago. The manager always seems on edge or uptight. I heard one of the employees say she is sick and then took her mask off and was not wearing gloves while she prepared food. I called her on it and she tried to argue with me and I just responded, not to argue with the customers when you are in the wrong and that she should have stayed at home if she’s sick. She walked to the back mumbling something and then the manager allowed her back on the line preparing food. And another customer said this same employee went outside with a order and then brought it back in and put the chicken back in with other chicken.

Pick up order not ready after 30 mins. They sell truff sauce but will not put it on fried chicken sandwich only blackened when you place a mobile order. Lobby is never open during the day. Drive thru wait time is about 20 to 30 mins wait. I was told to park and wait 3 more minutes. It’s now several minutes later 4:57pm and I’m still here waiting after placing a pick up order at 4:53pm. Service is still the same today, an attitude by the employee while ordering food.
They never have anything you order. Minimum items, chicken tenders and wings are always frozen and unavailable. New items always out of stock. I now choose to drive 8 miles past this place to the next one on Brooks Road

The best Popeyes in Memphis! Everytime I come here they be on point with the food. I ordered the 6 piece bone in garlic parmesan wings and 6 piece honey barbecue wings. And OH my goodness! They did magnificent. They the best I’ve seen do so far in Memphis. They fried the wings to perfection without it being greasy and it was drenched in Sauce! Whoever cooked these deserve a raise and a kiss.
