2 stars is generous. I ordered an 8 piece family meal. I got 1 small breat, 2 half wings and 5 legs (5 LEGS)Maybe the staff did it to be smart asses because we first asked for all white meat. They said they don’t DO orders that way. We said fine, ok. Expecting 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 thighs and 2 legs!

This store should be closed immediately! 4:00 pm the lobby was closed so went ordered drive thru for 2 $6.00 boxes dark meat 1 mild w double fries,1 dark meat spicy w red beans 2 sides. Paid for my order and my gut says check order and I had white meat I went to the window thinking it was a mistake, I said I ordered dark meat and this is not, this woman looks at me and says I know! Was dumbfounded and asked why would you do that she said we don’t have dark meat I said WHY didn’t you tell me this before and when I looked at my beans I was shocked to see what and why they would even serve to anyone. They closed the window and called the police I couldn’t get my money back for their unprofessional service, I worked there years ago and never would have treated anyone like that nor would I ever serve food in such a disgusting manner ! I did not get my order I didn’t get my money back but I got a restraining order and was told to contact Corporate for my damn money back. This was Cruel and Unusual behavior from the actions of employees who should not be allowed to even be considered to be responsible for sweeping the floor.

Terrible service. Order two mild chicken dinners but got spicy. Also order two strawberry pies which were left out of my drive through order. Called the location and told Ivory. She told me to come by the next day to pick the pies up and hung up. Went by the next day and was told she was off. The person was rude and refused to give me the two pies. Ridiculous.

Worst place to have to pick up a DoorDash. Door is always locked to the lobby can’t go inside anytime after 6pm. You sit in a long line for over 30 min. The employees act like it’s a problem to them when people come here to eat. This store should just close its doors

Love Popeyes. However, Millington Popeyes is B.S. I went one night, 9:30 they close at 10….no one answered the call box at the drive thru. Ok, I worked fast food and hated my life too. I understood. However, tonight, it’s 8:30. They close at 10 and I asked for a “po boy” they don’t sell them…ok…I ask for shrimp… no shrimp….I asked for a three piece spicy dark, they only have breasts…I don’t want breast, I want a three piece spicy dark. “we about to close, we ain’t finna drop no chicken ” I said, “it’s 8:30, you close at ten, how are you finna close”….nothing…forget this location. This Popeyes is not for anyone who wants to order at night.

They literally had no chicken cooked. Nothing was under the heat lamps. I knew better than to go there but my boss wanted Popeyes…tried to warn him.
