This location is just so much more expensive than the Maryville location. Idk if its just the app pricing or what. But a 5 piece tenders meal at this location is literally $5 more than the one 20 minutes away. If you’re buying for more than yourself its easily worth the extra drive time. The pricing at this location is just absolute bonkers.

Experience to this Popeyes is not good! I were given some hot chicken that have a lot of fat on it and skin fat and by the time peel the skin and fat off of it you only half of chicken left. I order an 3 piece chicken combo and I were not satisfied with chicken and fries were not good. Grease had need to be change out cause fries were hard and crusty! I hope it will get better to restaurant and would not recommend nobody to this restaurant to eat good fresh hot chicken! Chicken have to much battered and fat on it. Customer only get an half piece of chicken due to the over battered and fat on chicken. Food is not great to this restaurant and a black lady brought her chicken back to counter and manager given her refund back from her money and given her some more bad hot over battered fat chicken.

Guy in the window took like 3 minutes to open and get my payment. I tried getting he’s attention because I wanted to order an extra medium gravy he got all mad . I apologize to him after he got my payment he said wait at the front line. Another 3 minutes passed and there was 2 more cars behind me waiting for their orders also. Note they had like 4 more employees in there.

They are awesome. I got my food so fast with excellent customer service. Yes it was delicious. The tenders were seasoned so well. The store is so neat and clean. I got the surf and turf combo.

I visited the Popeyes at this location on 10/30/25. The manager was rude and slid my food across the counter in front of other customers. I felt humiliated and disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy. I’m a trucker and also stop on this TA for fuel and food.

$14.96 for 5 so called chicken tenders and a biscuit that tastes like it was made yesterday. The tenders should be called chicken jerky since they’re not fresh. NO more Popeyes for this guy. I’ve given you guys many chances at different locations and the results are always like this one.
