Monday, April 21st, at around 4 p.m., the daughter and I decided to go and try one of everything from the limited pickle menu. We went through the drive thru, and the service was fast, and the ladies were super friendly. Our chicken sandwiches were fresh and hot ! The fried pickles and pickle wings were hot and crispy! I even enjoyed the pickle lemonade, even though the daughter hated it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to those hard-working ladies for making our night!

My wife and I stopped by this Popeyes location for dinner. When placing our order, I kindly asked for condiments to be added to make things smoother on both ends. Unfortunately, when we received our food, there were no condiments in the bag. I asked again, and while the employee eventually provided them, there seemed to be a bit of confusion. What really stood out, though, was the way my food was packaged or rather, not packaged. I didn’t even receive a proper box or tray for my meal. Also, no eating utensils were included for my coleslaw either. Thankfully, my wife let me use the lid from her box just so I could eat comfortably. It’s disappointing when small details like this are overlooked, especially when you’re just trying to enjoy a simple meal together. Hope the team can take this feedback and improve the experience for the next guests.

It was just okay. We went for the Five Nights At Freddy’s meal they were advertising on all the signs around the restaurant but they didn’t even have it. The food we did get was good, but the speaker in the drive through was super quiet and it was very difficult to place an order. Service was quick and food tasted hot and fresh though. Disappointed that they didn’t have the meal we wanted though.

Chicken was very fresh and moist. My 1 star review is because I ordered SPICEY chicken! I didn’t know I needed to taste my food before leaving the drive thru. Total waste of my time I could not go back!!!

Went inside to get some food on the way home. Waited a while for the food, I get it was dinner rush. Alright, but with how long of a wait it was, I would’ve excepted to at least get the order correct. There 4 things on the order, only 3 in the bag. Can’t even get an answer on the phone to at least get a refund for the missing item. The food we did get was okay, but customer service was total trash.

We decided to go to because I had never had their chicken and I normally eat at Bojangles. The food was not good at all. The biscuit was hard like it had been there for a long time. The chicken was very dry and not crispy at all. The The mashed potatoes were good. The drive-thru had two cars in line ahead of us. It still took us 20 minutes to get to the window and whoever the guy was at the drive-thru obviously was ready to go home.

I went for dinner back at the end of October and I ordered with the mobile app. When I got there the drive through line was almost all the way out to Clinton HWY, so I decided to go in to pick up my order. When I went in there were two customers who were just waiting for their food and one waiting to order. I saw bags on a shelf, but I had no idea if my order was made or not. The app doesn’t notify you if it’s ready and at no time did anyone even greet us or come take our orders. There seemed to be plenty of employees working, but they were all concentrating on either cooking or filling drive through orders only. I finally walked up to look at the bags and saw mine was made and told an employee I was taking it and he just said ok. I know the drive through was busy, but the guy who was in charge of taking inside orders said he was busy filling orders which from what I saw had to be mobile and drive through orders because never once did I see him even approach the counter. So because of my wait and not knowing that my order was ready my food was room temperature by the time I got home, and I live less than 10 minutes away. It seems the kitchen could use much better organization.

Just got maybe one of the worst food orders of my life, and the bar is pretty low. The food is expensive, but the portions are small and they didn’t take care to make sure everything was fresh. Chicken Wings; got a mixed 12, one set of 6 had little to no seasoning at all, might as well just got the regular wings. The wings were also very cold and almost tasted stale, like they cooked too many and left them on the warm lamps for too long. Fries? cold & soggy, felt like I was working with noodles.
The only thing that was good about my order was the biscuit, which was very fresh; it was still hot on delivery. That’s also why I know delivery wasn’t why my food tasted this way. It was served/made poorly at the restaurant, and there is no saving that.
