It was my husband, my two sons (10 & 7), and I.
The woman that took our order was kind and knowledgeable. She’s the only reason I gave two stars instead of one.
We ordered two of the Freddy Fazz Bear’s combos, a ghost pepper chicken sandwich, coleslaw, and Mac ‘n’ cheese.
No exaggeration, it took between 20-25 minutes to get our food.
The chicken tenders were hot but soggy, the cheese curds were room temperature and soggy. The cupcakes, which aren’t even cupcakes, were cold! Both kids were disappointed because of how much they love Five Nights at Freddy’s.
The “cupcakes” were dense like pound cake and the “icing” still had sugar crystals. It was unpleasant. (See picture of what they looked like.)
I microwaved them once we arrived home for 10 seconds per “cup cake.”
The cake itself was good, but the icing was crunchy, weird, and gross. My seven-year-old took one bite and pushed it away. I tried it and agreed with him.
My husband’s ghost pepper chicken sandwich was good.
The coleslaw and Mac ‘n’ cheese were nasty.
Upon leaving, a man from the kitchen was chatting with two other people while their car was running and in the middle of the parking lot.

I basically threw 50 bucks straight into the trash.
Here from Louisiana to spend the Holidays seeing the Smokey Mountains with my family. This was probably the worst chicken I’ve ever had from Popeyes. It was extremely overcooked ( fried twice) and still obviously had been sitting quite awhile, since it was barely lukewarm. This location wasn’t busy at all, however the staff was preoccupied having conversations and playing on their phone,at the register.
Returned to the store after speaking on the phone with the person who I thought was the store manager(Dave) but arrived and realized that I had called the wrong location.
When I got there I saw the only male in the store head towards the back as I started explaining my reason for returning. Expressed that the food was very hard to eat and was told that I would have to speak to the manager (Chris). He came and immediately began examining the chicken and then asked what was wrong. I told him that I had accidentally called the wrong location but that the manager had offered to drop some fresh chicken to replace my 12 piece and Chris then started recounting the chicken in the box and said that he would only be able to replace what he could see, 8/9 pieces of chicken. Didn’t offer to drop some fresh ones, just replace with the several dozen that were sitting up on the shelves. I accepted his offer being that at this point I was not only getting a negative vibe from him, but also his workers. Especially the lady at the register.
Seemed like I was just there bothering them.
I also asked that they replace the macaroni with Cajun rice and he agreed to do that for me.
Biscuits were also very dry too but I forgot to bring those along and wouldn’t dare to ask if he would mind replacing those as well.
In all I really wish that we had gone to the other location (Dave’s in Pigeon Forge) because I feel like it would’ve been a totally different experience.
