Utilized the Popeyes app for delivery today, ordered a 5 piece blackened tender meal and a 3 piece original tender meal. Arrived in good timing, with drinks and correct sides. Unfortunately, in the two boxes were 4 biscuits and a large fry. I immediately notify the app that the order was incorrect which responded with some decent supplemental offers like half refunds and points to a new purchase, nevertheless we wanted our food. So my husband and I drove up, he wasn’t feeling well, so I went in to notify of the situation and ask for the chicken I was missing. The lady at the register, after some clarifications, seemed to understand and went to make “fresh and more”. A different woman delivered my fresh tenders but stated there was only 5 blackened. I mentioned that the order also included 3 original tenders that we still haven’t received. Emotions running high on my part, and wanting to avoid confrontation, I accepted the five and left, my husband still not having his part of the meal. He goes inside, demanding his 3 tenders and was immediately told to leave or they’d call the cops. Needless to say, we will not be returning, unfortunate to know considering its food I’ve had since I can remember and was so glad they got a location so close to us. The customer service is non existent and the food is less than consistent at this location, not to mention the efforts of reaching corporate for feedback is too wild of a chase. Do better, Popeyes. (I also look forward to whatever the product of those pics the beautiful Karen was taking of us as we were leaving the parking lot.) We apologize for any lunches who were interrupted.

No napkins, no Ketchup nothing. Just a box in a bag. All the other Popeyes Branch decorate their food nicely. But here like they don’t care. Super lazy Staffs. Popeyes should look for good employees and better customer service. They food Was 10/10.

On November 2nd, 2025, my family and I decided to treat ourselves to some Popeyes at APD 4 around 12:30 PM. As we walked in, we instantly noticed a customer placing their order, and we began chatting excitedly about our day. However, about 15 minutes later, it became clear that we were in for a wait; the staff took quite a while to finish serving the customer ahead of us.
At one point, the cashier glanced our way but then disappeared for quite some time, leaving us puzzled. Eventually, a team member from the kitchen came out to take our order, which was a relief. We placed our order for the 2x $6 box, three pieces of chicken 3x tenders, two sides of mashed potatoes, a cheesecake, and three drinks.
After placing our order, we settled in for what we thought would be a casual Sunday lunch—but then we waited an additional 25 minutes. I’m generally a pretty laid-back person when it comes to service and cleanliness, but this visit was disappointing. The restaurant was messy, and the food left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the employees seemed to lack even basic people skills; a simple greeting would’ve gone a long way. Overall, it was an experience that didn’t live up to our expectations.
Never coming back to this location.

1st and last time here 30.00 for 2- 3pc chicken strip dinner and drinks. Wasting your time. It last not worth it. Called the so called manager Tammy and said I’d have to call back tommrow when they’re here ! Who? Thought she was a manager ? Poor management . Chicken where’s the chicken? Mostly crust and what very little chicken was dry way over cooked, the biscuits hard as a rock. The coleslaw don’t know what they put in it was too strong flavor of some seasoning ! Way too expensive for what you get and lousy food! I wouldn’t feed this chicken to my dogs! Don’t waste ur time here !!!!!

Don’t bother going to this location or using the app. I placed an order at 7:20pm through the app for a sandwich, some tenders, and a side. I arrive at 7:40 go though drive thru and get told I have to come inside. I wait a while and can see that I won’t be getting my food anytime soon so I go to ask for a refund. Another individual also comes in from outside asking for a refund saying he put his order in 40 minutes ago. He get a refund just fine, but I can not because I used their app. I left with no food and contacted support. I get offered a coupon less than my order and get told they can’t do refunds. When reviewing the transaction it says that I am able to get a refund. Never again will I be stopping by here.

Sat in the DT 10 minutes, said hello twice and nothing. I waited…another car pulled into the second DT lane and they took their order. So i pulled up to the window and let the worker know in case it was a broken speaker. No, she said she can’t hear good. This is the second time this has happened at this location, the first time I just left. I waited this time since it was a mobile order and already paid for. Annoying as heck! But the food was good as always.

First i want to say this is the worst Popeyes i have been to ever in my life. I pull up to the spoy at 8:00pm, parking lights off, Popeyes sign light is off. Im thinking its closed, checked Google quickly and saw they dont close til 11pm. So i pull up to the drive-thru intercom, someone answers takes my order. Im told it will be a 10 – 15 minute wait for the chicken, fine.. im then introduce at the window with the most careless popeyes employee i have seen, no “hi” or “how you doing”, just a hand extended to take my money. Made to feel as if im in the wrong for pulling up in the first place. Im told to then pull up and wait as they told me before.. i waited from 8:18 to 8:50 before i come around and ask for my food. They took a moment to bring it out AGAIN. No apology, no explanation, just dead eyes staring blanky at me as if i deserve what treatment i received from them. Disgusting behavior and even more disgusting treatment. This was Wednesday 10/22/2025 8:15pm

So I’ve never had Popeyes before. I’m 26 yrs old and just had it the first time a couple months ago (I fell in love with it). My wife and I have had it 3 times since then. Twice in the middle of the day and once kind of late at night (but not right before closing or anything). The two times during the day the food was great, tasted fresh and delicious, and was right. The time later on in the night the food tasted not only old but well well done and the order was wrong. Both times, though, the workers were really nice to us. Probably going to give it another try during the day, but if it’s starts having the same quality as when we went at night I’m going to find a different one to go to.
