I went to Popeyes Nolensville Pike location today (2-3-26) store number 84358 around 11am for lunch. I went to the drive through. I told the lady talking my order I have two coupons for $5.99 for the 2pc signature chicken with a side and drink. She asked me for the code. Which I read was 4082. I then told her how I would like the chicken and what side I wanted.
While she was putting the order in I was looking at the screen. She then asks me for my next coupon code. I told her the drink was missing from the first order. She told me it didn’t come with a drink. I said yes it does. She then started yelling at me and told me the coupon was old and I could have water. I told her the coupon had not expired I just got them in the mail yesterday (2-2-26). She then proceeds to correct me and says they were old not expired (how is a coupon old if not expired). Then she rudely yelled at me do I want the water or not?
I don’t know her name she had an accent. She’s yelling and acting ghetto unfabulous, rude and unprofessional. So much for customer service and common sense. She doesn’t have the common knowledge or courtesy to say drive around and let her see the coupe for herself. This world of food services customer service, support, common sense, respect and trying to clarify a situation has gone to hell. People are so lazy and rude.

I started my night around 8:30 by arriving at this Popeyes location. When I went through the drive through, I was informed by a woman over the intercom telling me they were only taking online orders, no worries. I decided later that night around midnight to do an online order that totaled around 14 dollars. When I pulled up once again through the drive through, the same woman loudly, and rudely told me they were not accepting any online orders, because they were under staffed, no worries! From the beginning I was very thrown off by her demeanor and attitude but I nicely asked if I could receive any sort of refund or come pick up my order tomorrow. She told me there was nothing she could do about it and I needed to go through the app. I understand being understaffed, but why tell customers to order online when you are lazy enough to sit in the building, not do your job is for sure, and only seem miserable and I am sure management knows exactly who this worker is. Being behind a speaker doesn’t give you the right to behave this way. I work in customer service and I do the bare minimum, this is below effort. Happy Valentine’s Day, maybe learn some basic human love.

was picking up for door dash we get to location on nolinsville rd to get order and line of cars around build, so I walked up to window to tell I was a dasher to pick up order long story short she said get to back of line and so as I sit back if line waiting after 30 mins then customer informs me she’s wanting to cancel order I told her she’d have to do it n the app I couldn’t on my end and apologized then after finally getting to intercome after 45 mins the woman tells me to wait two more times B4 she can respond to my and so I pull around build there’s no cars left and still making me wait so I go to window and she walked up hands me a bag of old food which there’s no way I’m giving my customers over a hour old food that the bag she gave me time stamp said when it was prepared, and I ask for her to remake and she slames the window on me,. it was obviously she had a chip on her shoulder and shes definitely not cut out for food or dealing with the public! I will never return here unless corporate informed me she no longer with company and I did inform door dash of everything that took place and I documented it all. if you don’t wanna get sick with old food over a hour old stay away for now.. she needs counseling!

After this location reopened I decided to give them a shot. I ordered the Rojo chicken sandwuch combo and it was delicious! The people in the drive thru were pleasent and i w as so pleased i went back for lunch the following day. Hands down the best Popeyes location!

I’ve gone to this location 3x and I can safely say go elsewhere. Just go to a completely different chain. The previous 2x I visited, my mobile order wasn’t started despite me placing it 20min prior. There was no line inside or in the drivethru. Really no excuse why it’s not started. Only then do I find out they’re out of items. Both times. Also, both time, order wasn’t even correct. Do they read the order?
Today, I ordered a 6piece “2 can eat” meal that comes. 2 sides, 2 biscuits. I got 1 biscuit and 1.5 sides. The fries are barely half full. There’s cutting back, then there’s just ripping the customer off. The thing good about the order is they put sauces in this time (never did the other 2 times)

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Went thru drive thru around 1:00pm. Line moved moderately. When I reached the window the young girl didn’t know which order was mine. The manager came up to fill the ice & verified my order. I ordered the 4 piece tender for $3.99. I gave $5.36, he then said “I dont wanna give you a dollar”. How about you get a side, I’ll give you half off, because I don’t want to give you just a dollar in change. I declined and asked for my change. The young girl came back & gave me my food. I looked in the box for my sauce & asked fir dipping sauce. I noticed my box was filled with crumbs. I held up one of the microscopic supposed tenders & asked her what it was. She laughed in my face & told me “it’s a tender”. She didnt offer to remake my order, or give me my money back, just continued to laugh. I told her “it’s not funny, and you wont be laughing when I post pictures of these crumbs online”. So, as promised I’m posting the tiny crumbs they call tenders. They are literally the size of my finger!!! All breading, no chicken!!!!

An employee was in the front Connells arguing with the cook and the back it took over 30 minutes to get my chicken. The cashier charged me too much and I still was missing my mashed potatoes. Nobody ever answered the drive-thru so I had to come inside

The good before the bad Ms Kia was the absolute best! Customer service was outstanding! Now about this food 0 stars. My food was cold looks burnt looks like bottom of the barrel…. ordered a 8pc nugget with fries… ordered 2 extra biscuits got home no fries no biscuits…. but again ms kia top tier!!!!
