If I could give a negative star I would. This is the worst “FAST FOOD” place I have ever been too. I stop in every afternoon just to order a small FOUNTAIN DRINK not only is it always a dang mess but the services are slow as hell they have no management skills at all. I legit waited 58 mins in line for a small drink. They were out of chicken out of ALL sides and it’s a disaster!

Staff is very unorganized and all need to be retrained or fired. I had the worst experience of my life. I go through drive through and was told that the machine was down and to come in and order. I still had to wait in line because I could not go around in line because of curb. Finally get inside and then an employee starts yelling at me that the lobby is closed. I told her that I was instructed to come in and she said well too bad we’re closed. So then another employee said no we’re not… so they go back and forth arguing over if they are open or closed but it was nowhere near to closing time. She starts cussing and walking off. They finally take my order and then tell me they are out of everything that I want. So I wasted 30 mins of my life to not even get any food. I will not be back and I’m definitely calling corporate because it was such a terrible experience. I never complain, I understand that most places are short staffed but the way I was treated was wrong.

I came to eat fried chicken at Popeye’s, and they sold me fried skin (chicharrón de pollo), it also tasted like old food or fried food from yesterday. I think Popeye’s marketing department and customer service department will surely come to visit because I feel like I wasted my money and time. I think you should be more careful with what you prepare. I was trying to call the number on the bill, but it’s like the chicken they sold me…it doesn’t work.

Chicken was soggy, fries were cold, and it took almost 30 minutes to get our order with an empty lobby. Staff was just goofing off and didn’t even start bagging my food until I went up and asked how much longer it would be. Will never go back to this location and will probably avoid all Popeye’s going forward as this is the second location in a row with horrible quality and service.

I went here occasionally when it first opened but have been trying to eat a more healthy diet over the last several months. Tonight I decided to splurge for some unhealthy food and ended up at Popeyes regardless of the low reviews. I suppose what is annoying (beyond wasting my money and my rare unhealthy splurge) is that I could tell that the breast was going to be old, dry and tough just by looking at it. You’d think the person who put it in my bag would have seen that when they selected it. I will not be back.

Awful. I came through the drive-thru on Memorial Day weekend and was treated horribly by a gentleman with long hair (dreads, braids can’t remember). He was in a wheelchair and completely angry at the world. I’m not going to go into detail here about this issue. Management did step in and apologize and was somewhat professional. However, I do plan to escalate my experience to the BBB. If upper management would like to discuss my situation with me in detail, please feel free to reach out. Further, the food was terrible. I paid over $30 for two meals, and it was inedible. Thank you.

This is totally unacceptable. My husband just bought me the popcorn shrimp combo. The shrimp is old and hard. It is not even edible. I hope their management team sees this and address the bad service before it gets out of hand or they will loss a lot of business. I will not be going to this Popeyes again. If you go there please check your order before leaving.

I had given up on Popeyes. I haven’t had a good experience in a long time. Just had to stop for gas and decided to try them. This is the best Popeyes I had in a long time! The biscuit wasn’t dry, the chicken was piping hot and flavourful! I’m glad I stopped!

Zero Stars, poorest customer service I’ve ever seen, waited 20 minutes, never got helped, the guy next to me had been waiting the same for his food, lady wearing ear buds wouldn’t answer him, guess she couldn’t hear them. Left store and ate elsewhere, will not be back.
