Clean restaurant, chicken fingers were okay, but chicken sandwich was very good. I have always had fresh chicken here compared to other sites.

Under new management!! Bree (the manager) was just wonderful. She was attentive, quick to take care of us, and just awesome! So grateful they are open late – until 1am!! – because bery few food places are around this late.
Food is great too! Highly recommend!

The chicken is good. The employees need remedial training. Working with the public takes practice and a desire to become proficient. Some of these young people lack basic common courtesy. Words and attitude matter to the bottom line. Do better.Act better. Be better.

Went to grab some chicken (we had coupons). When we redeemed our second coupon after we had mentioned what we wanted, the associate said with a bit of snark, “You have to give me the code before ordering.”

Then we paid, and after we got our card back we were told that there would be a 9 minute wait for the chicken, and to pull forward. A nine minute wait at a fast food restaurant. All the while the associate was still not pleasant.

After some time, we got the food, which to their credit, was accurately made, except they forgot our drink. Also, they didn’t drop the receipt in the bag, and so we had to pull back up to the window and get the receipt.

It wasn’t until she went back inside to print the receipt that she mentioned that she’s the only one working there. When looking at the window, I honestly have to believe her. How is a single employee supposed to run an entire fast-food restaurant? It’s not possible, and it’s going to leave the worker extremely stressed at all times, and it’s going to leave very poor reviews just like this one.

And I can’t entirely blame her. Her attitude, don’t get me wrong, wasn’t amazing. But at the same time, she should not be expected to run the entire store. That store needs new management ASAP. So do yourselves a favor, maybe stop by a restaurant that has more people working to run the restaurant. Even McDonald’s—which in Middle Tennessee, have 3 or fewer stars on Google Maps—has more people to run the store. Because when you’ve got so many customers to deal with *and* online orders and deliveries, you physically cannot serve customers.

Note: if you wish to contact me about this experience, please tell me where I should go to submit feedback for management. Because after many years (at least according to the reviews for this place), the store and associates need new management, in order to breathe new life into a hated restaurant.

I called on Xmas eve to see if they were open and the way the white lady answered the phone.. you would have thought you called her personal phone. Just rude and hateful for no darn reason. If you’re not a people’s person then don’t work in that industry. Nobody wants a rude person hovering over their food spreading negative energy around their food!!! The chicken already tastes old like refried chicken from the day before and to deal with attitude is unacceptable!!! Do better!!!

This place needs new management and employees period. This is the 4th time I’ve had a bad experience out of the 5 times I’ve been here! Food is always cold or wrong. Employees are rude. I had my food delivered today and my food wasn’t even in the bag. Sprite is watered down and not carbonated. When I called to tell them my food was missing I was responded to with “would you like to come pick it up another day?” No! I just paid $23 for this food just for it to be missing, if I could have picked it up I wouldn’t have gotten it delivered. I try to give the benefit of the doubt every time I come but this is my last straw. Just straight trash. I won’t ever be going back to this location again, and I’d advise others not to either.

This is the worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I get it, it’s fast food but that doesn’t excuse the employees from looking right at you then immediately walking outside like you don’t matter. One guy in a wheelchair saw the entire line of customers and just split. Two more employees came to the cash register, and did the exact same thing. Finally after stand there for 5 minutes, a lady came and took my order. But even that seemed like it was the biggest inconvenience to her ever. I will never go back as long as I live. Will I return to a Popeyes.

If I could give a negative star I would. This is the worst “FAST FOOD” place I have ever been too. I stop in every afternoon just to order a small FOUNTAIN DRINK not only is it always a dang mess but the services are slow as hell they have no management skills at all. I legit waited 58 mins in line for a small drink. They were out of chicken out of ALL sides and it’s a disaster!

Warning! The chicken strips may or may not have had combat training in the past 12 hours that they have been cooked. Expect casualties.

Be Advised! The biscuit may be used as a spare tire in the event of an emergency.

Biscuits must be turned into recycling centers for proper disposal, they do not degrade and are considered dangerous for wildlife.

Some fries have been carbon dated and found to be older than you. Please give them the respect they deserve. #SAVE THE FRIES!

I came to eat fried chicken at Popeye’s, and they sold me fried skin (chicharrón de pollo), it also tasted like old food or fried food from yesterday. I think Popeye’s marketing department and customer service department will surely come to visit because I feel like I wasted my money and time. I think you should be more careful with what you prepare. I was trying to call the number on the bill, but it’s like the chicken they sold me…it doesn’t work.
