How refreshing to receive customer service with a smile! I go to the Hermitage location since they opened. Last evening was the 1st time my order was not correct. I returned this morning to discuss my concerns and the Manager Temekia offered a sincere apology and asked to make my order correct. She prepared a fresh order and delivered it to me with a great smile and told me she wanted to make sure I had the best customer experience. What a refreshing experience for great customer service. This was the saddest food I’ve gotten ever from anywhere!! The 1/4 shrimp was ridiculously small, the cajun rice had no flavor and the chicken not much better! Unfortunately Bojangle’s closed when Popeyes came and I’m so sorry that happened!!! I’d say do better but the reviews speak for themselves!! Apparently they don’t want to do better!! Waste of money!

Like seemingly everything, this Popeyes used to be decent but has been atrocious the last two times I’ve been here. Wait times are insanely long, order was incorrect, and the chicken was overcooked to the point my sandwich was completely inedible.

Areon was outstanding! So polite and well mannered. He didn’t forget to ask me if I needed any sauces! I forgot to ask and would have driven away without my ranch. He also gave me coupons in my bag, which NEVER happens. Thank you Areon for your outstanding customer service. It’s so refreshing to know that young people are still respectful and take pride in their work! I appreciate you.

The attendant at the window was very patient. Unfortunately, I could tell the manager was behind him with a poor attitude. I asked for additional sauces at the windows and I heard in her tone of voice like she was anticipating a problem when she asked the server at the window what I was asking for. Then apparently there was a mistake on my mobile order where it reverted to 2 orders of fries when I wanted 1 order of fries and Mac and cheese. Then they said that there is an upcharge, which I was willing to pay. They said it was too late and they wouldn’t be able to fix it. This location was more concerned with the time at the window than having good cx service.

Ordered the 6$ box with tenders, with Mashed potatoes gravy and Cole slaw. Had to wait for Shift Change which took about 15 mins. Got home with food and they gave me Mac n cheese not mashed potatoes with gravy. The Mac n cheese was cold and hard. Everytime I go here They NEVER get my order Correct! Even heard the employee working drive thru saying they were under staffed and All mangers quit. Yall need to do better

Went to Drive Thru to order a 5 piece large Tenders combo, was in a hurry and had to pick up another WALMART order a few blocks away and didn’t check my food until I got home. Mac and Cheese was mostly cheese and very few noodles and cheese was hard, slaw was not even half full, two pieces of the chicken were mostly bread and no meat. Plus they left out the sauce again, and to top it off I was charged almost $2 more than the Myatt Drive Popeyes location charges for the same meal. I HAVE HAD IT, WILL NOT BE BACK TO ANY POPEYES STORE, EVER AGAIN.

4.18.24 @ about 8:15pm, days they close at 10pm. I understand some places stop frying one hour before close but I’ve had really good chicken from them before so I came to risk it with high hopes. It hits during the day when they cook the food fresh regularly, but after this experience I’d say at night be careful.
First of all, The service was great, the young adults working the window were very nice. They gave us our honey and jalapeño, which honestly not every Popeyes (Antioch) has. So I was over joyed and delighted to go home with the fixings and enjoy my Popeyes. This location has been my goto since moving to Mt Juliet. But when I got home and opened the box it was clear to me this chicken was old. We asked for dark meat, usually it’s a wing, a leg, a thigh, what we got is fine. But the chicken was cold, it looked old and darker than any fresh or recently (30m-1h) cooked chicken. It looks like it’s been under the light for over 3-4h and looked very sad. This breaks my heart because 1 this place looks too good on the outside to be serving this anytime of day from the inside. 2. I would not hand anything to a customer that I would not enjoy eating myself. That doesn’t look appetizing at all. I will likely be cautious on returning due to this experience, but they do have good food. I would just now go when I know fresh chicken has to be made due to high demand … like lunch time.

Incredibly poor service. You must submit to ordering from a kiosk unless you only have cash. While there is a credit card reader at the register, they will not take your order. Never mind how many sick hands have touched the kiosk they are only concerned about forcing you into a social experiment at the cost of your health and how many people they need to employ. I look forward to this location being something else. You are not interested in the needs of your community. Please consider that you need them more than they need you. We ate elsewhere.
