Waste of time and money coming here. Service sucked, the cashier was rude, chicken was old and dry, and they left out an entire side and 5 biscuits. Out of a ten piece spicy chicken, we got like 5 breasts, no legs, 1 wing, and a piece that was unidentifiable but turned out to be another breast. I should have looked in the bag before I left. I’m so disappointed!

Workers were fine. Corporate is doing an experimental cash grab and getting rid of spicy tenders. Good chicken is cooked and marinated in the spice, not just sprinkled on afterwsrds.

Came in for supper. 3 employees standing in front counter. Order missing items. They were to consumed with the dance party to make sure order being made was correct! Spent $51.31 for food that wasn’t warm!
Had to ask 2 times for correct items!
Reading the reviews, I see repetition in complaints regarding employees… how is this still acceptable???
Employees hanging on one another, fake fighting and dancing like this isn’t a good establishment is CRAZY! Maybe mgmt needs to have some mystery shoppers or at the very LEAST, correct this behavior!!!
The drink station was sticky, tables not cleaned… I CHOSE TO EAT HERE… as a OTR trucker, next time I will DoorDash from another establishment after seeing what I saw this evening.

Horrible customer service. Missing items, cold food. Store refused to fix issues. Contacting bank to reverse charge and filing complaint with bbb… Y’all hire anyone. Your employees lack the skill and competence to work fast food. Will never go back to this location

This location is pure garbage. They never open on time. Bunch of slackers working here. Every time you come here in the morning when they’re supposed to be open. They never are. It’s always will be open in 30 minutes. I mean every single time.Went in there to order food from Popeyes. They’re not even open yet. And the dining room is nasty. Food under the tables. Food on top of the tables. It’s obvious someone didn’t even clean the dining room last night before they left. That’s disgusting. Now you want customers to sit in the filth of last night. Show some pride and where you work. If you left the dining room like that. What does the kitchen look like. I would show pictures. But they have it to where you can’t put pictures on here. So I’m gonna try to put it in the photos.

Paid full price for combo meal without being told that their soda machine was down. They pointed me to the gas station only for that one to be down as well. When brought up the rude manager said I could get tea or water. No ice either. Manager then argued with a customer when they didn’t get everything that was supposed to be in their box meal. Tables were dirty. Bathrooms dirty and had no changing station.

Popeyes isn’t the same food was not fresh at all. A lot of chicken was out, it was cold and tasted nasty. The coleslaw tasted like pickle juice.

The staff is hardworking, making fresh hot food. Always friendly and kind. I appreciate their consistency of a fresh, hot product. Never had cold, old fries here either.

The schedule says 9 a.m., and it even allows me to place an order. But when I got there, they said they weren’t open yet. Isn’t that a waste of everyone’s time? It delays people from getting to work, and the staff’s response was very casual too.
