I had a wonderful time at this location! The food was hot & the crew was amazing! I chose to eat in the lobby just to relax and was watching the crew work. They move together like a well oiled instrument. They were on point with making sure the orders were served quickly and with a smile. Never have I been to a place where the team was so well timed with orders and making sure that the customer was happy. 10 out of 10 will come back & now making this my Popeyes when I’m in the mood for tasty and fresh chicken!

Oh my God if I could give them zero stars, I would the first time I ate at this restaurant. It was pretty good so I decided to try it again on yesterday November 18. My chicken was cooked fresh. I don’t even live in Phoenix city I stopped there and got a two-piece with a biscuit and fries and a drink. The service was OK but when I tell you, the chicken made me sick I had almost the worst food poisoning in my life. I don’t know what they’re doing in that kitchen, but I threw up 10 times once at 9 PM and again at 3 AM this morning when I tell you that chicken tore my stomach up it was coming out of both ends I don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t know how they’re cooking it. I don’t know what it’s soaking in but they need to stop because it’s making a lot of people sick And that’s all I want to say I just wanna protect someone else.

Wow!!! This is the worse Popeyes that I’ve been to. My coworker and I stop by for some lunch and let me tell you the customer service was the worse. There was 4 people working in the store, 2 up front and 2 in the back. We stood there for 15 minutes and no one said a thing to us. We were the only 2 people in the lobby. DO NOT COME HERE if you’re looking for a welcoming place to eat. If you don’t want to work then you should have stayed home. Shame on you Popeyes!!!

Visit this Popeyes location if you want to feel disregarded and disrespected. I was made to wait for at least 15 minutes for 3 chicken tenders. I was in the drive thru and the only customer at the place. I was asked to pull forward and they would bring my order out. I finally walked inside after waiting for a long while. The employee at the counter literally had my order in his hands and intentionally moved extra slow bagging the box and putting stickers on the bag. I could only look in amazement at the show that was being put on for me.

Hubby was working 16 hours one day and he was needing something for lunch, so I got him the (5) piece chicken tenders, red beans and rice, and French fries. I also got the (5) piece chicken tenders with french fries, and cole slaw it was so delicious. Just wish they had green beans with bacon and onions.

The cashier at the drive thru was so nice and courteous. The food was hot and the drinks were not watered down. I love their red beans and rice. I highly recommend this restaurant for your next chicken experience.
