Food is always good when you go to Popeyes overall it’s pretty consistent everywhere you find a location what is not consistent and what makes this location unique was the staff who went above and beyond to accommodate my every need and request. They allowed me to customize my order to fit my taste, they were kind and pleasant and welcoming from the very beginning it staffed like this that would make me go out of my way to return to this location. The food as I mentioned before was amazing, but the staff is what keeps me coming back thank you Popeyes for Herring the best who represents your companyand highly recommend this location to anyone.

Worst customer service. She didn’t give us our ordered Coke drinks and her face was like she didn’t want to serve us, as if we were asking for free from her pockets. She didn’t greet us. My husband politely talked, but she didn’t say a word and made bad gestures which was not pleasant. We came back again to ask for the drink and another lady respectfully talked and gave us the drink but that lady was still hesitant and unapologetic for her poor customer service.

This review is for the young lady working the window 1/24/26 around 5/6pm. Took a little while to get my seemingly simple order but I wasn’t pressed. By the way she returned I could sense they were under staffed but despite it all she remained professional and warm, now rare customer service qualities, esp in this industry. The customer service is poor. I went inside to order food and I was not once greeted. I waited at the register for a while and I wasn’t even acknowledged. After waiting for a while someone finally took my order. Her body language came off as if she didn’t care to be there. The manager walked in the entrance and the whole staff demeanor changed.
I’m hoping the lady with the New Orleans accent is still there. She has great customer service skills and kept a tight shift. She always took care of her customers and greeted with a smile.

Overall, it was okay. I can say they food was good and fresh . I didn’t like that I had to be up charged for a drink because supposedly they didn’t have any small lids, i had to return a cup because a hair was inside of it and the fact that the drink machine where ice comes out is full of mold which should probably be a health code violation but again the food was really good.

Hadn’t had Popeyes chicken in a very long time. The last time it was so disappointing and expensive but today I just had to have some spicy fried chicken and since I have never been to this particular Popeyes I gave it a try. IT WAS AWESOME. The service, the price, and above all the chicken. The chicken itself was fried to perfection and hot and crispy. The size of the chicken pieces was good, not like from a miniature chicken. The biscuits and Cajun rice also were awesome. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is sad. Waited 35 minutes for a pretty basic family meal. The management was horrible. He actually was washing the front door while his employees were struggling to complete orders. I would totally understand waiting if they were really busy but that was not the case. When I finally received the order, the quality was horrible (see pictures) the sides were wrong and there was absolutely no remorse for serving a customer something that I seriously doubt they would eat their selves. (See pictures) one star is being pretty generous. You have lost me as a customer and anyone who asks what I think of this location.
