Showed up for a doordash around 8:45 pm. The young lady taking orders from the drive-thru was pausing her mic and cursing out the person ordering because I guess they weren’t ordering the way she wanted them to. And then one of the other young ladies told me I had to come through the drive-thru to pick up my door dash. Take in mind, I was already standing there for about 5 minutes and now I’ve been sitting in the Drive-Thru behind one vehicle that’s sitting at the speaker, and they’ve been sitting there a good minute. They already have their speaker saying that they’re closed but yeah it’s an hour and 5 minutes from their closing time. I literally try to avoid getting any doordashes or coming here to order food because the service is so lousy.

Pulled up at drive thru ordered me a 2p special came with one side. Paid pulled off got half way down the street looks in bag no mashed patatoe pulled back up to let them no I didn’t get my mashed patatoe. You would have thought I robbed the store or went off on someone. When I tell you this workers was mad about the mashed patatoe. They was saying I know I put them in your bag I know I did really my husband was looking like really this is not happening. So more of them was coming to window saying I know he put them in your bag lol I’m looking like maybe they pulling my leg this a joke right they really was trying to say I did get the mashed patatoe so my husband was like don’t worry about it it’s not that serious I was like I paid I didn’t get it so I want what I paid for. I think the special need adults run it better. I will never go back Prichard just closed the location they was acting like they was on drugs or something I could not believe they really acted like that. No money of mine will ever be spent here and I go every where else but the Prichard location.

This location is the only location that I’ve ever been too and the customer service as well as food portions suck! I ordered a siracha dipper and literally got 5 dippers after going through the drive through and having to wait 10 minutes on the side. Another women who ordered inside also complained about portions. Why use a medium container and not fill it? It doesn’t have to overflow but at least semi full. It’s a slap in the face!
