Had an online order. Waited and extra 30 minutes AFTER the time it was supposed to be done. An employee had her YOUNG kids running around in the lobby screaming and hollering. Trash cans were pulled out just sitting in the lobby with no bags. Tables dirty. Counter dirty. Employees seems confused and unorganized. They had maybe 3 cars in drive thru and 4 people inside. So not extremely busy. Fast food has definitely gone down hill

I was served old dry burnt chicken on 6/19. I contacted the store and was transfer to speak to two different managers. Not sure who was the manager. But , I explained to her that if I had to wait for fresh chicken than I would have preferred to wait than be served dry chicken.
And to Popeyes owner …..I will save you time on your response………that you send….

Absolutely garbage service. Employees have an incredibly rude attitude. Lady at the window yelled at me because I didn’t pull up to the space she wanted me to pull up too. One of the employees walked out to their car to smoke weed. I’ll never eat here again. It’s not the most glorious job to have and I get that, but it’s no excuse to act that rude to anyone.

Went through the drive thru and it seemed to be moving along until I got to the speaker. Asked me to hold and didn’t come back for more than 5 minutes. Made my order for a 3 piece combo, white, spicy with fries and medium drink. Pulled to the window, got my drink and asked me to pull forward. I did. Sat there for more than 20 minutes as car after car, at least 10 of them were served and left. Finally the unfriendly drive thru attendant came out with my order and said that she forgot about me. I like their chicken but these are the worst run businesses in the country.

This place is incredible slow. One guy in line was waiting 15 minutes for fries which were dropped 10 minutes after his order. A DoorDash guy was waiting for a while and they mixed his order up. I waited 10 minutes before being able to order and it took 15 minutes to get it done.

My husband and I ordered 2 $6 boxes with Cajun, rice and red beans and rice out there, getting to the window. We were told that they were out of Cajun, rice and red beans and rice. They only had one red bean went asking the cashier. Several times can I have that one red bean? She was very rude and smart mouthed.
This little girl really took me out of character.
The food was horrible and cold. The service sucks Every time I go to that Popeyes and it’s closest to my house, I will never return again. Is horrible

This location in semmes always seems to have issues. Last night I did an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7.19. I did not get my food until 8.26 and the lobby doors were locked when I got there and you were forced to go thru drive thru which had a line wrapping around the building. I have worked in fast food and ever has a bad night but this is not the first time a bad experience has happened here. Plus my order was shorted and I was too tired and annoyed after waiting over an hr for my food. The workers were nice but the experience was awful.

Extremely rude service from Jazzmine 70136 and after waiting 40min for my food it was the wrong food and took me another 12 min of going back and forth with them to try to get it corrected before I just requested a refund and gave the food back. You need more people like Aalaynah 20061 as Jazzmine will 100% cost you customers with her lack of customers service skills, myself included!

The food was excellent – hot and fresh. The employees were nice and professional. I did not deduct stars for a broken hand dryer in the bathroom, as paper towels were available. Also, our order was missing a macaroni and cheese side, when we picked it up at the counter, which was immediately handed to us when we mentioned that it was missing. All four of us – hubby, two of our grandchildren, and myself were happy that we stopped in the rain to eat a late lunch here!
