I tried the new blackened chicken sandwich, enjoyed it. As always, good service. One weird note, I asked for butter, for my mashed potatoes, and they don’t have separate butter. I ordered 6 of the sweet and spicy wings and a side of Coleslaw. The wings were horrible. Barely could even tear them apart. I had to bite each one to even try to enjoy. The slaw was so spoiled. I called and whoever the manager was answered and when I told her about the slaw and all she said was oh, ok. I hung up my because I knew that if I had said something then it would have went left. Teach your MANAGERS HOW TO BE MANAGERS. Please the customers. Because I could have gotten sick and all she said was, ok. Yea. Definitely not going back!!!!

Ordered online…..chicken sandwich (No pickle) and chicken strips with mashed potatoes and an order of Mac n cheese…….put pickle on sandwich anyway, no mashed potatoes……Mac n cheese was paid for with member points…..people at window act like you’re an inconvenience to them and lord help you if you ask for extra sauce etc……We love their food (eat there once a week or so) but it’s very frustrating cause the order is always messed up in one way or another. Just wish they’d pay more attention to the details of the order and be more courteous since we don’t have to spend our money there.

The chicken is super chewy to where I have to spit it out and the workers and service is just terrible. They are so rude and have no personalities, and mostly ALL the time get our order wrong. Hopefully it’ll get better as time passes by

We are not allowed to give less than one star sadly. Visited the drive through ordered 8 piece mild chicken only and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I agreed to pull around front and wait for someone to bring my order out.. After 20 minutes passed I went inside to check on my order since other customers after me at the drive through and carry out left with their order. There were no other customers in the restaurant and the crew were doing their side work mopping, organizing the kitchen etc. I ask about my order a crew member went to check on the order and she and what seems to be the manager began bickering about what type of chicken was packed in the box as if I wasn’t there. They eventually gave me my order and with a smirk thanked me for visiting POPEYES. Well it is a guarantee I will NEVER return. It’s not about the wait time it’s about the disconcerted , unorganized, unprofessional way I was treated as a customer. I tried a piece of the food and it tasted like it was refried chicken warmed in old cooking oil. That was the worst tasting chicken I have ever had. The smell and the taste was too much. We ended up throwing the whole box in the trash. I’m probably one of POPEYES best customers. THIS location is off my list.. I do not recommend this location.

Not sure how to rate this one. The food is really good. But 9 out of 10 times we never get it in a timely manner. And often you think we’ll if you wait then it will be fresh. That is not true sadly. Last time we waited no less than 20 min for some chocolate beignets. Only 20 min because my husband went to talk to them and found out they forgot about us. So they gave us extra fries for our trouble which I was glad about because the first ones were old. So we are not allowed to go before work anymore because we literally run late everytime and it’s not worth it. But when the food is fresh it is some of the best chicken around. Oh yeah and when I finally got my beignets they were a soggy mess. So good food and super bad management.
