Despite the reviews our visit today was satisfactory. The chicken was good and cooked through, it wasn’t dry but wasn’t juicy at all, the cajun fries are always something I’ve liked, and the biscuits are always good! We did pull forward to wait but the wait wasn’t long. It was 25.99 plus tax for 10 piece chicken, 2 sides and 4 biscuits.

This is ridiculous 5 nuggets the size of quarter and so overcooked and dry and a small apple juice box and small applesauce pouch for 6 dollars. And I had to make 2 trips to get it. We ordered a 12 piece family meal and the kids meal to go on a picnic at the Bothanical garden. Endless to say no kids meal when we unpacked. The dark meat in 12 piece were small, the breast were decent size and tasted good. I called and told them they forgot the kids meal. They said to come back by and pick it up. It really wasn’t worth the gas to get it. I will never order this item again.

Have tried multiple times at this location, getting decent quality food here is a hit and miss. People for the most part are friendly enough, very slow most of the time. Puts a whole new meaning to fast food, the chicken is great when you can get it fresh but most of the time you can tell it has been out of the dryer for quite some time.

The staff were super nice. The service was very fast and the food was delicious. I could tell by the employees that it must be a wonderful place to work. It put a smile on my face to see the staff working so well together, laughing together but also doing their jobs perfectly. I will definitely visit this Popeyes every time I am in the Dothan area.

I informed manager. 15 minutes later was still there. Cashier got my order wrong twice. Then told me that I never ordered the wings. Then got verbally combative. Mgr, didn’t seem to care, when I told her she lost a sale, because her Cashier was not paying attention.

I just went through this Popeyes drive-thru. I typically don’t eat fast food, especially since Covid, because of quality and price, but I was in a hurry. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a regular size iced tea. $9.03. I took two bites out of the sandwich. It is the most horrible tasting chicken sandwich I have ever had. Honestly, it tastes so horrible that I won’t even take it home to feed to my dogs. Total waste of money.
