Rude. I should’ve read the reviews first. The amount of bad reviews on here but the management not doing anything about it is insane to say the least.
I walked in and received a call while doing so. I sat down ordered online while I finished my call. I finished my call walked up to the counter a gentleman came in I let him go first. He finished I stepped up. Why she walk away from the counter. Another young lady told her I was there. She knows looked me dead in my face. She wasn’t facing me but says “she been here for an hour on the phone” what does that have to do with you taking my order. Yes I was on the phone but 1) it wasn’t an hour 2) I was watching y’all bad kids crawl all over that floor so much you had to say they were getting a whoopn.
I should’ve just ate at the truck stop.

Came here at 3 in the afternoon. I’m a truck driver, so I walked from the truck stop across the street. When I got here, they wouldn’t let anyone inside. I had to order thru the drive thru window, so I had to stand outside in 100-degree weather. The reason they wouldn’t let anyone inside is because the employees brought their kids to work. After about my 7th visit, third time getting a sandwich made with tenders, now they tell me that’s not something that they do. Instead they want to charge me for a sandwich meal plus 6 tenders and me make my own sandwich as if they can’t mayonnaise two pieces of bread, put three tenders on it, and a pickle. They tell me they’re out of fillets. Not to mention no fries was cooked for the meals. Sorriest excuse of a Popeyes I’ve ever been to and WILL NOT be returning. THEY DEFINITELY PLAY FAVORITISM AT THIS LOCATION

If I could give zero stars I would. This is my second time coming here. I only stopped because my daughter wanted to come here in which I pleaded with her that I promised myself never to go back. First and foremost, it took every bit of 15 minutes for them to even ask how can I take your order. That was my sign to drive off, but when you have a whiny kid about food, you must do what you have to do. I ordered the shrimp tackle box “combo” and I had 1 shrimp everything else was breaded tails of the actual shrimp. I didn’t notice until I got back in the interstate to get back home. I would have gotten my refund. My kid ordered 6 pieces of wings with some type of sauce. They stuck it in a bag and all the sauce was dripping off. I had to ask for a plastic bag. They gave me the wrong side and no biscuit for not one of the orders. So I told them could they correct it. They told me that they didn’t have any biscuits at all. The young lady at the window look like she’s a child(approximately 10) of one of the workers in there due to little help. With one of the employees outside hanging at a car with his friend. Then the level of unprofessionalism. I stood at that window for too long as the first one in line and the shrimp taste like it was frost bitten. My child is a kid that will eat ANY AND EVERYTHING, she didn’t eat that due to how disgusting it was. So that was her lesson to stop wanting and eating at every restaurant there is. As we were heading back home, but to stop at Walmart to get some groceries for the night.

Came here Saturday at 2 PM and the staff said the store was closed because they were changing shifts. Couldn’t place an order or even walk in. Closing at the busiest weekend hour just for shift change makes no sense.

We will not stop here again! The lobby door was locked at 1pm, waited 2 minutes at the speaker before ordering, ordered 3 meals with spicy chicken, and another meal with specific dark meat. We had to pull up immediately after paying behind 2 other vehicles. All 4 orders were wrong and no spicy chicken. One biscuit was gummy and not fully cooked.

Fairly new Popeyes. I was the first customer of the day when I visited here in November.
My fried chicken sandwich was fresh out of the oil and….I saw fireworks and stars when I bite into it…it was so damn good.

Again I go to Popeye’s and they mess up my order I ordered a 4 piecemeal a large rice and bean they give me a small rice and beans no slaw I guess that took care of that 15% discount for truck drivers do better people AI is the future and it’s taking to long
