The counter help were very energetic and took our food order immediately and it was brought to us pretty quickly as well. As for the food all I can say is it’s about as good as it gets with fast food. Nothing memorable.

If you’re looking for a disrespectful, bitchy attitude of a drive thru experience — THIS is your spot! They clearly know their customer service is atrocious because not a single person had a name tag on. My receipt says Brandon but BOTH women who spoke to me through the drive thru are not Brandon. While the quality of the food is as expected, I 10 out of 10 don’t recommend if you’re looking to be treated like a human being at this location. Started abruptly rude at the drive thru speaker before I’d even gotten close enough to see the menu, and continued for the duration. STRONGLY SUGGEST the franchise owner have a conversation with their employees about their terrible attitudes and rude tone. Also it should be required uniform to have their name tags on at all times while clocked in.
Also if you have a promotion that has ended maybe put a sign out so people know instead of throwing attitude when someone tries to order the item

They seem to pick and choose when they want to make ppl wait. Was told it was a 30 min wait on chicken. I’ve worked in fast food and know the cook time on chicken
And the customer service lacks common courtesy, if you don’t like working there find a different job you don’t get paid if there are no customers!

They never disappoint, food is always fresh and staff is always friendly. I did get some lemon pepper wings that did not taste like lemon pepper, however, they were fresh and crispy, so I overlooked that situation. In all, I love this location.

Of course the food is good if they get your order right the 1st time. Service is extremely slow. Ordered online and still had to wait 45 minutes for order. I’d suggest drive thru and forget the app or dining in because Service is nonexistent.

My wife placed the food order 20 minutes before my arrival, as I had just completed a 12-hour shift. Assuming the food was already prepared, I was mistaken. I waited for over 20 minutes for two small meals. Despite arriving before four other guests, I was the last to receive my food. I am uncertain who is responsible for this operation, but customer service is severely lacking. It is perplexing that making a total of 10 chicken fingers requires a college degree. Given the time it took, I could have completed an application and placed my order myself. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any establishment, and none was available. Furthermore, I did not receive my biscuit, and they were out of sauce. I understand that work can be challenging for many individuals today, but going the extra mile to provide a single biscuit was an arduous task. Perhaps addressing inventory and customer service issues would prevent such occurrences. However, it is a challenging task to package chicken and deliver it to a customer.

The food is always hot and fresh at this location. Hasnt been open that long but it’s one of the best locations. It takes quite a while to get tour order but thats probably because the food is so good and they are always busy. If they could work on the wait time, it would be 5/5
